The first time I stayed at this hotel, the service was very good. I just forgot to wear masks when I went out. When we checked in, the front desk saw that we were not wearing masks, and they took the initiative to give us masks. When we checked out, they gave us two more masks for spare , The lady at the front desk is very attentive, the service is very good, the decoration of the hotel is very new, I read the introduction of the hotel, it just opened last year, the sanitation and cleaning is also very clean, next time I will stay here

We were welcomed by the Osmanthus/GuiHua smell while we first stepping into the lobby. The smell was so good that ease our mind. Of course the lobby, the room interior is great! I love it! The TV also provide the nearby tourist spot and its introduction.
Customer service is excellent especially Xiao Liu, who provided us many suggestions and guides for our day trip. It was really great help. She is also very caring, each time we pass by the lobby, we were greeted and reminded by her the temperature has dropped, make sure we has enough covered.

Highly recommended, the environment is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are very considerate and helpful. Next to it is West Lake Park and within walking distance of the Puppet Theater. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it upstairs. I will stay here again next time I come, it’s better than the Overseas Chinese Building where I stayed before

This homestay is superb for me and my family member from Malaysia. The location is great and the pin location is accurate is u grab car from Didi.
This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only.

The reception auntie was very good (we didn't bring a power bank, so the auntie directly brought one to our room and replaced it at any time if it ran out of power). The breakfast was also very rich and you could take it to the yard to eat. It was very comfortable. The auntie was also very enthusiastic and would accompany us to buy local specialties. The experience was really great

My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional.
The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.
However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

CCho Kin Keunglocation is okay. cleaningness is okay. front desk service is okay. the air condition is terrible, having 27 degrees in room, very hot that cannot sleep, lucky they can offer a machine to blow cool wind and I need to open the window and switch off the air condition, but the sounds from the cool wind machine very noisy, cannot sleep well for the whole night. also, from their information, everything need to charge, so mean.

Take a taxi to the Quanzhou hotel and walk to the mansion in five or six minutes.
Let’s talk about the surroundings:
There are many small restaurants in the surrounding area. It is more than ten minutes away from West Street and the Confucian Temple, and about twenty minutes away from Kaiyuan Temple. You can walk in the alleys to see the history and appreciate the cultural heritage.
Detailed description of the mansion:
The service staff knows the check-in time before the guests check in, and turns on the electric heater in the room in advance to increase the indoor temperature. Good service 👍
The room is larger than expected. Although the window is a bit small, the seating area and work area are sufficient. Economical price👍
The furnishings in the public areas of the mansion basically retain the ancient home style, fully demonstrating the interactive integration of multiple cultures. Unique style👍
Let’s talk about the shortcomings:
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room on the first floor. It was still raining in Quanzhou in early March, and people almost froze to death, but the mosquitoes were not dead🙄️
The temperature of the hot water was not quite high, and it was not very hot even after being left there for a long time. Because it was quite late, I did not contact the service staff. Maybe other rooms do not have this problem.

LLeeA warm welcome by hotel staff,Connie (小余）with fruits and was personally guided to our rm on the 2nd floor. A spacious 40m/sq rm with fascinating seaview meets our eyes. Rm was clean and not a smoking one as preference requested. A highly recommended vacation accommodation. Ideal location with walking distances to various eateries and attractions. Will be back to enjoy the facilities such as swimming pools and KTV. Staff were polite and breakfast was good with some rm of improvement. Thanks Connie and all west gulf staff.

GGuest UserEverything was amazing. Kind and welcoming staff, friendly guests, great atmosphere, clean room, very comfortable bed. Super location in an interesting area and close to many temples. Only minor thing that could be improved: noisy machine (maybe air conditioning?) to be heard even with the window close and ear plugs.
But I would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

He basically responds to all requests. The main reason is that the room price is affordable and the parking is free. I am very satisfied with my stay. GGuest UserThe room I stayed in was a self-catering apartment, which was actually a personal hotel. Everything was complete, and the sheets and duvet covers were clean. However, the toilet was not very good, there was no exhaust fan, and there was no dry and wet separation. The equipment was a bit old, so it was not suitable for traveling with a baby. It’s very convenient, so be careful if you are bringing a baby! Of course, there are some excellent ones. You can walk two traffic lights to West Street, which is the most convenient. If you are driving by car, parking is a problem because the old city has not been renovated. Fortunately, there are many newbies. The service is very good and any problems are solved. Don’t wake up in the morning without power again. Overall, I feel that the gap between price and room is still a bit big and could be improved!
