Hotels in Wanda Plaza/Fengze Square, Quanzhou

As it was my first time in Quanzhou, I chose this hotel based on a Ctrip recommendation. While I didn't get to experience all of its services and amenities, I had a positive overall impression. They provided complimentary welcome fruits, pastries, and even a digestive and sleep-friendly late-night snack package. The staff offered excellent service, the hotel was clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. Its location in a bustling area made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My only suggestions for improvement would be the lack of a proper desk in the room and the power outlets, which were a bit fiddly to plug into (they seemed to be safety outlets). Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you!

Got a free upgrade at the hotel, check in and check out process was fast. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and tidy, spacious. Local snacks provided to try with various brand of complimentary bottled water. The location was easily located surrounded by many restaurant convenient to travel to other places. Would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Quanzhou.

Location is good, we can walk to Guan di Miao, Qingjing mosque and Kay yuan Temple, around 3 km, for us it's not too far Everyday they clean our room, it is very satisfying. Front desk officer also very good. Overall our 4 nights stayed is satisfied, recomended

Xiaodu intelligent voice control lights and curtains, not smart toilets. There are no plastic slippers for bathing, it is recommended to bring your own. I traveled to Quanzhou during the Dragon Boat Festival and chose the newly opened IHG Yiheng Hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is not in the ancient city, but it is convenient to take a taxi to various tourist spots. It is a good choice for Quanzhou tourism. Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. The front desk has a good attitude. There are welcome drinks when checking in, and the introduction of the hotel is also relatively clear. A small sachet was also given as a gift on the Dragon Boat Festival, which made people feel very warm. 2. Although the hotel is newly opened, the room smells not strong, and the facilities and equipment feel very new, giving people a good first impression. 3. The hotel should be mainly female-friendly. In addition to the yoga supplies in the room (although I didn’t use them), another very bright detail is that in addition to ordinary supplies, it is also specially equipped with makeup remover, facial cleanser and toner. This surpasses 90% of domestic hotels and is really worthy of praise. 4. Although it is a Ctrip OTA reservation, the free mini bar and welcome fruit, as well as the room type upgrade according to the room status, are basically the same as IHG high-card members. The baked sweet potatoes and ice cream in the lobby, the free-to-use washing machines and dryers, and the well-equipped gym give people the feeling that the hotel has thought very well about the facilities and details. After talking about the advantages, let me mention some shortcomings: 1. There is no big problem with the hygiene of the room, but I saw hair on the sofa as soon as I entered the room. The details of hygiene need to be improved. 2. When checking in, I registered my mobile phone number without telling the purpose. About a few hours after checking in, I received a text message that I had successfully registered with the IHG Group. I already have an IHG Group member and don’t want to register a new account. The front desk successfully registered for me without communication, which makes people feel uncomfortable. Considering that employees may have performance to complete, it is also recommended that the hotel communicate with guests first if there are similar needs in the future. At the same time, I am also somewhat worried whether the newly registered account will affect the points accumulated in my original IHG account? 3. When checking out, I asked the front desk if I could leave a room card as a souvenir. The front desk said that it would be charged, which was a bit shocking. I believe that many frequent travelers have a hobby of collecting hotel room cards. I also often stay in hotels under IHG, Marriott and other groups. I have never encountered room card charges in China. Instead, the front desk will take out several room cards with different patterns to choose from. I have only heard of room card charges in chain hotels such as 7 Days and Home Inn. The price of IHG hotel, which costs 600 yuan per night, is not low. Compared with the extremely low cost of a room card, this detail really leaves some small regrets for the originally relatively satisfactory trip. 4. The handrail in the hotel bathroom is a bit buggy. After the steam from the shower is large, the bathroom door is ****** very tightly, and the handrail in the bathroom is very, very small (either a long handrail or a door handle). I just took a shower and my hands were slippery and I couldn’t pull the small door handle at all. I can only rely on my family to push it hard outside. If you stay in a hotel alone and are trapped by the bathroom door, you should be very panicked. It is recommended that the hotel improve. In summary, the facilities of the new hotel are quite new, and the location is not far from various attractions in Quanzhou. If it is a weekday price of 400+, it is still worth staying. The overall service is also online. Although there are some problems, the merits outweigh the flaws. I hope the hotel can improve it more and look forward to having the opportunity to stay in Quanzhou again in the future.

The cleanliness is good and the bedding is very comfortable, which is one of the reasons why I chose this business hotel. Two breakfasts were provided. I was one of the first guests to try them at 7 o'clock. It was quite rich. You can also store your luggage after checking out. There is Haidilao across the street.

The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the environment is hygienic. The temperature difference in Quanzhou in the past few days (spring) is large, the highest temperature at noon is 20 degrees, and the night is about 10 °C, but the central air conditioner of this hotel does not provide heating, and it can be cooled! so strange! ! Such a cold night, such a high-end hotel can not turn on the heating! Even the air conditioner of the mid- and low-end small hotel can heat it. The air conditioner of this hotel can be cooled! I gave feedback, the hotel's answer is that the central air conditioner is controlled by the engineering department, and whether to turn on the heating can be determined by the engineering department. If I feel cold, they can provide me with a heating tablet. It is a white oil stat, similar to the last picture. Anyway, I am not used to it. Can not control the temperature, there are three grades of small, medium and large to adjust the heating. Turn on the heating tablet to wake up, do not turn on the heating tablet to wake up. Every night, you have to get up, turn on, turn off, turn on, turn off, turn off, repeatedly adjust the heating tablet... Living in such a luxurious hotel, you can't control the room temperature. I lived for a few days, lived to doubt myself...

My stay at Wanda Vista Hotel offered exceptional value for money!!! The location is fantastic, with abundant shopping and dining options nearby, including many well-established, historic eateries!!! The architectural design is remarkable, and the rooms are spacious and elegant, featuring premium bedding and advanced bathroom facilities (though I hope they could update the display screens on the smart TV, intelligent toilet, and bathtub). The hotel service was highly professional, personalized, and meticulous, successfully creating a sense of exclusivity and privacy. I had originally booked a Deluxe King Room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a Deluxe Suite! This was a fantastic gesture. The night view of the river from the room was truly captivating. Dining-wise, the hotel offers highlights such as Michelin-starred restaurants or specialty dining options. Both the breakfast and the hotel's other culinary offerings are truly worth experiencing, allowing guests to savor authentic flavors conveniently. (The hotel also has two other dining establishments.) Although I didn't dine at them, I explored the adjacent Wanda Plaza, where I enjoyed local dishes, snacks, and a meal at Wang Steak. The facilities are top-notch, including a stylish swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and exclusive business spaces. I had planned to work out, but after a pleasant stroll exploring the area, I found myself too exhausted! The suite truly excels in its sense of space and design! It features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, an executive living room, two independent toilets, a shower, and a panoramic bathtub! Simply amazing!!! From the very first day of my stay, I was treated to an unforgettable experience and luxurious indulgence that delighted both body and mind. Every aspect is meticulously perfected, making guests feel uniquely valued and privileged. Wanda Vista Hotel's quality and style truly exceeded all my expectations!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A definite five-star rating!!!

Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. Extended our stay here due to the strong wind in Shanghai. Please note that the hotel front desk workers need to be more hospitable especially the younger staffs. When asked the evening shift front desk workers where and how to book a car early the next morning, they just told us to wait by the road side. We waited for more than 20 minutes then the early morning shift front desk hotel workers helped to book us a cab. Grateful for their help. Otherwise, we won’t be able to get to our destination.

Overall, it was pretty good. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, as you step right out onto a bustling food street. Getting to the ancient city is also super convenient. Quanzhou itself is a fantastic city for food and drink. Getting around with the local 'xiaobai che' shuttles is also very convenient. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.
