We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property. The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

This hotel is really great! From check-in to check-out, the service is always warm and thoughtful. The room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are abundant food around. It is especially worth mentioning that the meticulous care of the hotel staff Xiao Jin makes people feel at home. Next time I come to this city, I will choose this hotel again! Highly recommended!

This is the real guest house. This is the real feeling I experienced when I came to Quanzhou Guest House. The environment has mountain scenery. The tower on the top of the hotel can overlook Quanzhou's Luoyang Bridge, the seaside, the sparkling lake in front of you, and the greenery all around. From the supervisor and friends at the front desk to every waiter, they are all smiling and embracing each other sincerely. Moreover, the special snacks of Quanzhou are displayed one by one for customers to choose from at breakfast. I sincerely hope to continue to work harder and be better. The latest news is that 8 million tourists from all over the country have flocked to Quanzhou since the Spring Festival. Including us, that must be over 8 million. Haha😃

Pros: The room is big, the hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby Room service is fast, the price/performance ratio is quite high Cons: 1. I hope the hotel can not put the family planning supplies in a conspicuous place at the head of the bed, it really ruins the view. I went there with my children and put them in the cupboard immediately after seeing them. 2. The hotel is not soundproof. I didn't know that the dance hall opposite was too loud at night. It didn't end until 2 o'clock. 3. The bath water is too cold... I went there during the May Day holiday. It rained and I went back to the hotel to take a bath. I didn't dare to rinse too much. The bath water was cold

Relatively new hotel and location is minutes away from Quanzhou. Would stay here again next time. Plenty of local eateries just below the hotel.

My family traveled and chose this hotel ranked first in Anxi. I have long admired the SLH Group. This Zen hotel focuses on self-cultivation. There are many customized services with a sense of quality. We stayed in Yunmen Villa. We saw our surname on the door as soon as we entered. Welcome fruit plate, mini bar drinks, good night desserts, clean small courtyard. The details are very good. There are some activities to participate in the hotel every day. Unfortunately, we checked in late. We only participated in a treasure hunt. The children especially liked it. The outdoor hot spring pool is also reserved. One room, one pool. So it is very private. For those who like to relax, cultivate their body and mind, and have strong privacy. Just want to drink tea, copy the Heart Sutra, and do handmade hot springs, this place is highly recommended. But if you still want more facilities and more activities, this place is not suitable. For example, there is no gym and no amusement facilities. There is only one outdoor swimming pool, and it is not constant temperature water. The area around the hotel is very rural, and there is basically no other place to go. I feel that they pay more attention to quality. However There are two points that I complain about here. One is that the service is not proactive. We were carrying a lot of luggage when we left, but the waiter saw it from a distance and did not come to help in time. The other is that when we ate at the Chinese restaurant, we found that the price list of some dishes was higher when we paid the bill. The waiter explained that it was because the menu was a single price, and we had a lot of people so we had to multiply it by 1.5. This explanation is very far-fetched. I understand that if it is necessary, it can be marked on the price list or explained when ordering dishes. However, the behavior of raising the price privately at the checkout will lose goodwill because many people will not look at the price of individual items carefully. I am also a family member who suddenly saw a green vegetable for more than 80 yuan. I asked me and I found out that for a hotel with such a high-end positioning, the restaurant charges high prices or service fees. It is understandable that guests can dine according to their wishes. However, if it is in this way, it is really lame. Overall, I am still satisfied with the positioning and service of this hotel. However, if it is positioned as a luxury hotel, the service may need to be strengthened.
