入住智能酒店沒有語音喚醒説明，那麼多種語音助手，根本不知道喚醒詞是什麼。但是電視自動打開後，遙控沒有電了，主機無法手動關閉。入住時已經晚上十點多，想睡覺了。一直無法關掉電視。書桌上衹有損壞賠償，點餐收費之類的，相當不友好。第一次打電話給前台，告知遙控不能用，詢問語音助手喚醒詞，對方説是小愛同學，而且沒有想要解決遙控器問題。掛電話後嘗試"小愛同學"無法喚醒。第二次打去前台，對方説會派工程師過來解決。半小時一直沒有人來解決問題，困得實在不行。第三次打電話，另一個員工説喚醒詞是小度小度。最終成功喚醒，關掉電視，但是期間體驗非常不好。
同時，進入房間，發現沒有香皂，沒有洗手液。作為一家星級酒店，這應該是最基本的配備吧！也是需要打電話要，才送了洗手液過來。

院子及地下停車場容量足夠大，停車沒壓力。房間大，乾淨整潔，衞生間也很寬敞。早餐不錯。背靠二妃廟景區，江邊轉轉景色很好。

全州縣城唯一能讓寵物入住的酒店，衹有維也納，給維也納點贊👍，現在大城市很多酒店都允許可以帶寵物，但是在我的老家縣城卻容不下一衹狗，我很感謝維也納酒店能容下我這心愛的寶貝，我家寶貝既温順又可愛，雖然大了一點，但是很討人喜歡，不吵不叫不鬧，感謝你們能容忍他（金毛，邊牧，拉布拉多都是很温順的中型犬，還有很多品種都是很温順的狗），維也納不僅環境好檔次高價格實惠，服務員服務好態度好心地更善良人更美

房間挺舒服的，乾淨衞生，訂的景觀房，結果這景觀房挺坑的，看到的都是對面小區的樓房，在樓縫裡看到一角江景，真的是個噱頭…周邊比較偏僻，沒啥吃的，不過縣城不大，打個車10分鐘就能到

家庭套房很大，很舒服，就是房門隔音不太好，門口走廊裏別人説話就像在你面前，送外賣的機器人聲音開的太大了，半夜11點它去隔壁房間送外賣就像在我房門口叫，有點吵。早餐還不錯，前台也送了小孩早餐券，表揚。我選酒店比較在乎有沒有地庫，是否乾淨整潔，停車是否寬敞，安全。這裏要表揚，地下車庫有環氧地坪，車不多，停的也很安全。
