The hotel has a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the shopping mall and local attractions. However, the only downside is the lack of self-laundry facilities for guests. While they do offer internal laundry services, the prices are quite steep.

Actually, I was staying in another international known hotel chain, but due to the poor room condition and isolated location, I decided to change to this hotel which I used to stay before. To my pleasant surprise, upon check in, our rooms were upgraded and we totally enjoyed the stay and hospitality from the hotel. What's more important is that this hotel is centrally located accessible to services and amenities nearby. Definitely will return in the future.

The hotel provides unlimited bottles of water which is a big plus, I also like the foods in breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Enjoy the staying.

Great location, this was my second stay at the hotel. Super convenient, next to big malls great cinema too, easy to travel to all attraction, if you love food there’s a night market and many eatery places nearby. The hotel dinner hotpot buffet was great, highly recommend. Downside was their executive lounge wasn’t really impressive, have to praised they do have super friendly staff and very helpful too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 five star.

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property.
The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience
