Paid extra for a balcony room that was listed as having a view of the lake, but there was no lake view (see photo). Not a great location unless you want to be near two of the museums. Lobby is uninviting and breakfast is unremarkable. I would stay somewhere else next time.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff .They are so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The head of housekeeping, a lovely woman, even brought me some of her own coffee and also brought me black tea for breakfast since I am a Laowei! 😉😇☘. The location is beautiful, by the lake, the hotel decor is exquisite, the hygiene standard is top class and inside and outside is splendidly maintained . Five stars for sure .Thank you to the kind staff once again. 🌺🙏🌺

I was already very tired when traveling, so I opened the room early in the morning and wanted to sleep until I woke up naturally, but I never expected it! At 7 o'clock in the morning, there was an electric drill downstairs that was very noisy. Even though I called the front desk, the problem was not solved. I simply got up and ate and went out to play in the morning. I was in a state of no energy and no energy at all. The same was true for the children! Very angry!
