環境：前台大廳很大氣，高檔
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，隔音也不錯
服務：前台小哥哥服務很nice，保潔阿姨也很熱情
設施：酒店整體設施不錯，地理位置也很方便，離萬達也近

酒店離景區都很近，非常方便吃飯購物，到開元寺打滴滴也就十幾塊錢，酒店門口也有公交車站，也有共享單車和電動車可以租，房間大設施好，服務態度好，總體都很好。

第一次來泉州旅遊，果真是半城煙火半城仙，滿街皆聖人。而且當地人都好熱情，入住維也納酒店三天，對待客人服務超級好。而且酒店門口還有小牛電動車出租，住了三天，租了三天，也太方便了吧，該玩的景點一個不落下，該吃的也一處不落下。下次帶家裡人來，還住維也納。

整體還行 親子房都在電梯正對三間房 會很吵 最好是601 701 一開始給我603我換了705 也是人來人往有點吵 晚上還好早上吵 酒店出來左邊路進去很多吃飯的 挺好的挺方便 酒店右邊有公交車17路 泉州站直達酒店 就是路遠點 元宵節兩天免費 一來玩就對泉州有好感了 但是路上人是真的多

酒店設施非常陳舊，衞生間異味大，一直散到房間裏，排氣扇儘管響，但似乎沒有作用。另外酒店是主打會員制的，所謂的牌價是蒙攜程客户的，在前台沒卡也能拿到銀牌價，比攜程價高，性價比極低，早餐也很差，比200元以下酒店的還差！我這次出遊住了10個賓館，全部通過行程訂的，衹有這家感覺極糟糕。給各位朋友一個建議，不能盲目依賴攜程，訂酒店一定要仔細看一下評論，尤其是差評。
