Main problems: poor sound insulation, loud air conditioner (it turned off by itself in the middle of the night), and aging bathroom equipment.
The service staff is friendly, and the recommended restaurants, transportation, etc. are very good and clear.
The location of the hotel is close to the central area of the West Street business circle, with tranquility and convenient transportation.

酒店比較老舊，一進屋有一股黴味，空調也不好，開空調就會一直有咚咚咚的聲音，就是那種設備很老舊發出的那種碰撞的聲音，還好是冬天，吵的不行我就關了，夏天的話根本沒法睡，然後就是隔音問題，樓上人走路就跟地震一樣，説話也是聽的清清楚楚，我10點就打算睡了，樓上人一直講話到12點的樣子，就這麼一直死等他們睡了才能睡，水池上面也是一層黴，這真的是我住的最差的酒店了

酒店地理位置優越，離西街不遠，附近吃飯都很多，房間乾淨整潔，帶免費的停車場，提前一天跟酒店打電話，爽快的登記了車牌號讓我們第二天上午就可以停車，然後步行去開元寺，逛西街，中山路，超讚！！！

1月份我帶爸媽去泉州玩入住了鑫鴻昌酒店的家庭房，家庭房特別乾淨，床墊睡得很舒服，前台服務特別好，酒店離開元寺很近，門口就有公交車，早餐品種多又好吃，五星好評哦，此次入住我們全家都非常滿意，下次來泉州我們肯定會再次選擇入住鑫鴻昌酒店的。

乾淨簡單舒適 算是陽春型飯店
洗衣機為居家型採露天晾曬
房間緊鄰隔壁住戶 晚上都會有狗吠層 隔音稍嫌不足
飯店地點還不錯 隔壁就有蠻多店家夜間小攤
打車也很方便
唯一缺點是 淋浴間跟廁所動線規劃不佳
衛生間門打開後面就抵住馬桶

酒店位置好，出行都方便，特別貼心，還為遊客提供了泉州美食合集及酒店距離各景點的距離，性價比高，雖然房間在－樓但安靜不在延街，衞生乾淨，床單被套都很柔軟，睡的舒服，自助餐簡單但味道不錯，吃的飽，最好的是酒店內部有自己的停車場，大家千萬別開車是景點，可以車停酒店，在坐2元的小白車去景點，總之開心的一次出遊，這家店值得推薦。
