Peninsula International Hotel

The hotel should be relatively old and looks like it has been renovated. It is in the downtown area, very close to Licheng District where attractions are gathered. It is just across the bridge and it is very lively at night. The facilities and environment are very ordinary. The air conditioner in the room can't be adjusted well. The lights in the room are also very strange. I can't turn on the toilet light when I turn off the lights at night. But I still want to give a good review because the service is very good. There are relatively few parking spaces in the parking lot, and the parking lot next to it is quite expensive. Sometimes there is no parking space when you come back at night. You can talk to the security guard to help coordinate and squeeze out a parking space.

I'm quite satisfied with the room, but the service is so bad. Almost no handover work was done. We booked two suites and checked in at 4 a.m. The next day, we started calling desperately to ask for check-out at around 1 a.m., and there was no delay at all. No, the night shift did not have a good handover with the day shift, which resulted in a poor check-in experience. We originally wanted to extend our stay, but the service attitude was really unbearable. I have never seen such an exaggerated and life-threatening serial call! I have stayed at all major five-star hotels and never encountered anything like this!

The parking security instructions are not very clear when you first enter. Fruit will be delivered only if you check in before 8pm on the second night. When I checked in before 8pm, the front desk said they would give me a fruit plate. When I went in, the waiter said it would only be available before 8 o'clock. I said that the front desk said yes, and then they gave me fruit. The third room is very clean and dusty and has not been wiped clean. The most important thing‼ ️One thing is that the pillow smells so bad that I can’t use it. I didn't sleep on a pillow all night. The sofa also had obvious stains. The fourth breakfast was also speechless. I booked two breakfasts. When I was having breakfast, the waiter said that I could not allow two people to eat with just one ID card. 2 breakfasts are included. Whoever I take will also have 2 breakfasts. She winked in displeasure. After staying in hotels in so many places, this is the first time I have experienced such treatment in such a high-priced hotel. Not a compliment.

不要定12層頂樓，千萬不要，頂樓有各種設備，夜裡那個風機和空調外機就在你頭頂上嗡嗡，特別吵，一點都睡不着，按理説頂樓都是行政和總統套房，不應該是這種體驗感，酒店注重一下啊，太吵了，房間環境還可以，比較暗，衞生也還行，跟這個噪音比起來簡直不值一提。

體驗感真的很差，入住商務大床房，價格要四百多，裏面其他的飲料都是要錢，就唯獨兩瓶礦泉水不用錢🥲，然後住的7樓，樓下ktv，半夜兩三點還在吵，隔音巨差 真滴是不建議

這是我住過性價比最差的酒店，沒有之一！！ 第一次來泉州出差不敢定太便宜的，結果，室外衹有十度的泉州這個酒店晚上洗澡水是冷的！！！！！等了半個鍾也是冷的，無奈洗了一半衹有咬牙洗完！！早上洗臉盆水龍頭也是半點熱水都沒有！！！！ 另外，房間煙味極大！！！！！ 這種酒店直接拉黑吧，太無語了！？？

本來被评语惊吓了一阵。但亲身体驗卻是感覺不錯的， 裝修不算新，但地方挺干淨，服务人员都有礼貌。可惜太早出門，沒能吃到早餐🤣 下次会再來的。

是按五星級標準建設的老酒店，亮點在於房間層高很舒服。 硬件雖經十年時間，但耐用度還是很好。 早餐廳的大圓桌竟然不鋪桌布，破損的桌面讓自己感覺像是蹲在橋洞下吃飯。

酒店前台態度超級差，一到店裡就告知沒房間讓加錢升級，要不就慢慢等2點後，等兩點後又以各種原因讓升級，房間設施陳舊佈局差，不聯繫入住
