Don't book the top floor on the 12th floor, absolutely not. There are all kinds of equipment on the top floor. At night, the fan and the air conditioner outdoor unit are buzzing above your head. It's very noisy and you can't sleep at all. The top floor is supposed to have executive and presidential suites, and it shouldn't be this kind of experience. The hotel should pay attention to this. It's too noisy. The room environment is okay, relatively dark, and the hygiene is okay. Compared with the noise, it's not worth mentioning.
