Everything is good except that the factory across the wall from the hotel makes too much noise. The whole night is polluted by noise. I was woken up by the loud roar in the early morning and it was difficult to fall asleep again. The factories here in the downtown area should be relocated.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is also quite comfortable. The mattress is very comfortable and I slept well. The hygiene is also good. There are plenty of free parking spaces.

There is a factory building outside the room, and the blower is too noisy. The sanitary conditions are also poor. With Xiaoqiang by my side, I am not alone at night. The floor drain in the bathroom shower area is a bit clogged and the water is running out. When I reported the situation to the hotel, they responded with no response, as if they were used to it. This refreshed my understanding of Vienna Smart Hotel.

The room is in the standard Vienna hotel style and the hygiene is good. The only bad thing is that the KTV is in the same building as the hotel. I couldn't sleep at night because I had to listen to the big brother howling until 2 am.

The facilities meet the requirements, but the environment around the hotel is really not good. It's the first time I've encountered such an environment in more than ten years. There are KTVs on the 3rd and 4th floors, and foot massage on the 5th floor. We lived on the 6th floor, and they sang until 4 o'clock in the middle of the night. We called the front desk but they couldn't solve the problem. We traveled with the elderly and children during the Chinese New Year, but we didn't sleep well all night. No one was in the mood to go out the next day. Fortunately, the hotel moved to the 7th floor on the second night, which was a little better.
