從一入酒店酒店人員説幫我升級行政大床房我以為是好的開始，沒想到是三天兩晚噩夢的開始，酒店匹配不上他的四星，唯一讓我覺得可以的就是酒店人員的服務，酒店的環境很差，一入房間就是古老的感覺包括洗手間和房間，隨處可見的臟，沙發，床和被子都是有明顯的使用多次留下的痕跡，最令人糟心的第一個晚上當我被酒店不知名機器吵的難以入睡後還被蚊子吸血，酒店唯一的蚊香液是空的，撥打前台電話後等候多時才拿到，第二晚更是離譜，機器的轟鳴聲從10點持續到第二天的中午，酒店給我的答覆是無法處理，也沒辦法給我安排更換房間。淋浴設備非常破碎，雖然最後因我的一直反饋酒店減免了我一晚的房費，但是給我帶來的體驗難以抵消，可以想象本身為了考試考場較近選訂的酒店，到了夜晚遲遲無法入睡，為了考試衹能忍受最後無法入眠的感受讓我記憶猶新，希望好好整治一下，既然無法改變這個機器的聲音是否應該不要講這個房間提供給消費者！1017房間，如果有人再住進去我保證是你最後悔的決定，其他房間是否有同等經歷我不清楚，這是我用攜程五年來第一次寫超過50字的評論，這堅定了我以後遇見差的酒店該及時選擇止損更換，而不是想着忍受！千萬不要住進1017！！！

朋友來泉州玩給朋友訂的，也經常過來開會，酒店老舊設施這次有進行裝修和更換比以前好很多，服務意識和需求也有及時處理，本次入住盆友相對滿意。

性價比比較高，房間大，配套不錯，靠近西街遊玩方便，安靜舒適。衞生挺乾淨的，服務禮貌，有問題馬上解決，這個價位的酒店做到這點值得表揚。

服務態度好，可商量程度高，有免費的充電線，在體育館好內，可以跑步，散步，距離周邊景點很近，公交，打車都很方便，帶孩子很方便
