We were assigned a room at the corner of the ground floor. The dust on the tabletop was very thick. It looked like very few people lived in this room. We started to swat mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room. Then the power went out halfway through the shower. I wiped off the foam and called the front desk. The front desk said that the room card was not plugged in? How could I, a Ctrip Black Diamond member, not know how to plug in the room card? I called four times before the staff came. The service was extremely bad!
