The front desk service is enthusiastic and professional, the staff are very polite, the hotel is clean and sanitary, especially the shower head, which is carefully sealed. I like it, but because the hotel is new, some indoor furniture has odor (especially bedside tables), the sound insulation is average, and indoor ventilation is difficult. I have to complain that there is only one elevator in the hotel with ten floors (3 underground floors and 7 above ground floors)... In short, I will still choose Atour in the future.

I came to Quanzhou for a visit during the Chinese New Year and stayed at Atour for the first time. The hotel is located in a quiet area amidst the hustle and bustle, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. The hotel seems to be newly opened, and some rooms have a little smell. The front desk helped us change rooms midway, and we were very satisfied.

After booking, the hotel called to confirm and explained that there would be noise after 8:00 a.m. due to municipal construction, but I also heard it at one or two in the middle of the night. The hotel provided earplugs and steam eye masks. I asked for a bed guard in advance and it was placed in the room in advance. It's still a good review.

Free upgrade to executive room, also sent two packs of sleep aids. The attitude is very good, even the aunt on the stairs smiled when she saw me. It seems that the company's culture is very good. This attitude deserves five stars

The front desk staff is very warm and considerate, and will greet customers whenever they see them. The laundry staff is also very warm-hearted, and will help wash and dry clothes every time, and deliver them to the door of the room early the next morning. Life around the hotel is very convenient, with large restaurants, small restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets all next to each other.
