The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. And the swimming pool is so nice. "Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected .The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I’m back in Quanzhou"
Especially the service manager Ann provide professional service make me feel very impressive.^_^

這次兩天一夜來得比較急，入住了這家酒店，酒店在6月開業，所有設施很新
前台服務很熱情，特別是Visan，很熱心幫助我們，讓客人有一種家的感覺，服務層次也屬於高級，這次真的很滿意，已決定下次再到這家酒店入住。
早餐方面，傳統閩南菜式 中式 西式 日式都有，咖啡還有拉花，早餐十分推薦！
再次感謝前台Visan 幫忙，讓大家有一個難忘回憶

絕美的景色，精緻的設計，超高的服務水準。一預訂就有服務經理加微信，經理小雅聽説我們是情侶出遊，出動提出幫忙佈置房間。我們要加價付酒廊，經理小雅也主動提出幫我們申請優惠價格，處處為我們着想，非常好的服務態度！酒店其他員的工服務態度也很不錯，路過都會問好，主動問開夜床，送夜宵。
早餐更是非常豐富
絕對是目前泉州最好的酒店，沒有之一👍

非常棒的住宿體驗，在洲際、皇冠和這家酒店時間猶豫很久，最後入住體驗很贊。新酒店設施完備這很正常，很難能可貴的是軟性服務很好，可參考國內香格里拉的標準。 最大的驚喜是早餐，非常贊，還可以帶杯咖啡出去喝，早餐給現做bendict蛋的酒店真不多。 最後，感謝酒店前台小田提供了諸多幫助：旅行攻略、夜床甜點等。 一般懶於評論，因為這家真的很贊，希望下次來繼續保持！

無敵好，小雅全程接待，入住體驗很棒，提前會加微信確認入住需求，入住時間有無長者小孩需不需要無煙房等，行李也是禮賓全程送到房間！服務超級好！
