I stayed at this hotel 2 nights because of my business in that area. Once I checked in this hotel, Ms Ann introduced herself as a manager of this hotel with her attractive smile. She
explained how to enjoy this hotel well. She tried to make me use more facilities
of this hotel, as l'd like to listen she was so kind and delightful to do it. Whenever I come down the lobby, she came to me with charming smile and asks for what she will help for me.
Anyhow, my staying at this hotel was quite good because of her kindness. She makes me just like stay at my home.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. And the swimming pool is so nice. "Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected .The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I’m back in Quanzhou"
Especially the service manager Ann provide professional service make me feel very impressive.^_^

Excellent service from all staff. Large selections for breakfast but slow in serving western meat dishes in in the cafe but quick with Asian selections.

酒店設施相當不錯，衞生非常乾淨，環境很舒適，服務從大堂開始，到每天為我們服務的各各階段的工作人員，彬彬有禮、非常友好，感覺在自己家裡一樣，前台的Dtssn小姐，工作認真、仔細、每天早上的問候語以及天氣的情況都會告知，很暖心，還有客房負責人工作負責，仔細周到有問題都立馬給予解決，每天送的水果，早餐也非常好，我愛人是回民廚房師傅特地為我愛人做了菜，總之都挺贊👍👍👍
還會再來。

在泉州玩的幾天總體來説都不錯，這次選擇了悦華酒店的海景房，環境服務都很好，主動幫忙拿行李，到酒店後就有管家加了微信，visan小姐姐人很好，我的每個建議和要求都及時回饋，第一個晚上因為不習慣枕頭沒睡好，第二天反映後立馬給我換了記憶枕。第二天我們遊玩回到酒店，晚上還給我們贈送了泡腳服務，一天的疲憊得到緩解，很貼心。每次出入酒店，酒店每個人都很熱情的打招呼，周到細緻。下次去泉州會再次選擇悦華的！

一次挺不錯的入住體驗，雖然有一點小瑕疵，但是瑕不掩瑜。酒店細節之處都比較細緻入微，特別是早餐，在同級別的酒店裡堪稱優秀。設施和服務各方面都做的比較貼心，並感謝管家佳佳的周到服務，老公説下次如果來泉州首選這裏~
