The house with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room is decorated very warmly. I brought my children and a group of 4 people to stay in two rooms, and the boss did not arrange for other guests to disturb us! The hotel is located in an alley on West Street. Although it is a regular home, it is very convenient to get in and out. Xiaobai can take you on a "rampage". We originally only booked it for one day, but ended up staying for another 2 days. It is convenient to go anywhere and eat. Everything is convenient. If you want to go, you can choose this one!

地段非常好，位於古城中心，去哪裡都很方便，很安靜。有兩個建議:第一，房間內有蚊子，應該處理一下。第二:枕頭最好能換成乳膠枕，這樣高低就正好適合，客人睡的也舒服。

唯一的優點～離鐘樓近，其他都是缺點，是我住過體驗感最差的民宿！
照片所見即所得，衹有一個衞生間和一張床！衞生間沒有乾濕分離，如果洗澡，馬桶和水池都會弄濕，而且是現在馬桶旁邊洗澡。
房間有燒水壺，但是沒有水杯。
沒有浴巾，置物架上的兩條毛巾不知道是不是上個旅客留下的。
無線網絡信號差。
共享客廳一般不會去使用，而且電視機開不了…
床墊上衹加了一床薄薄的墊被，蓋的被子也不算厚。剛好我入住的那天降温，空調都開不了！衹能穿着羽絨服睡。
因為我是i人，而且回房間準備睡覺的時候比較晚了，將近11點，因為怕打擾他休息，所以沒有跟老闆去溝通解決這些問題。但是這樣問題本就不應該存在的！所以差評。不可能給好評！體驗太糟糕！

位置是在巷子裏裏麪，黑黑的。一開始沒有衞生間，公共的，公用客廳4個房，後面房東給換的帶衞生間的有投影儀不過完全看不清，聽個響。房間有一股黴味，久久散不掉。衞生還行，看着不臟。廁所花灑比較破，掛不穩，手拿會漏水，有點燙。除了位置好一點，還是覺得住酒店好很多，個人至少不在住民宿了。比較不推薦。

这次的體驗真的很差，但比較中立來説不能完全怪責房東，因為這裡存在平台中間的溝通問題。本來想說每個房間都有自己的厕所，但最后沒有，已经不是很滿意，但因为我们知道有可能是和平台那邊溝通出现问题，所以就算了。
但我们对这的衛生真的感觉很不好，因为很明顯的上一批人的垃圾都没有處理，你会觉得房東会洗床上和其他的用品吗？但因为我们到的时间已经很晚，就没有跟房東提什么意见，还要浪费我们旅遊的时间。
房间的洗手间非常小，而且可能因为水管是連接客廳的厕所，所以如果兩個厕所同时有人洗澡，熱水会被搶掉的。
还有要留意，这个房子是需要走很舊的楼梯的，而且是四層，有大行李的要考虑清楚。雖然房子里面裝修过，但外面的環境真的比附近的民宿差很遠，去旅遊的还是選其他的比较好

原本看評價少比較擔心，但我覺得比泉州其他看酒店好一百倍，性價比很高的一家民宿！！位置就在中山路一個小小子裏面，去哪個景點都很方便！找不到可以聯繫老闆，秒接電話！！民宿在老小區裏面，不過裏面裝修的很好，設備那些全都是新的！住得很舒適！！（不像我前一天住的別家民宿，衹是換了牆壁貼紙，設施還是老舊）大門進去就是一個大客廳，再分成3間房，大門和各個房間門口都是密碼鎖呀，住得安心！下次還來哦！！（早出晚歸，忘記拍酒店的照片了，圖一是民宿大門，請大家認準！找4樓這個大門哦）
