我的天，體驗感極差，早餐讓我無力吐槽，沒有什麼品種我接受，重點是一進早餐廳，有個女服務員就一直盯着你拿吃的，監視你是否多拿，用餐過程，多拿了兩個雞蛋，多嗦了碗粉，服務員就開始蛐蛐：那桌女的拿4個雞蛋 男的吃了三碗粉，中途就一直各種盯着，長這麼大，吃個早餐偷感好重呀，一大早好心情全部被破壞了，不過環境還是很舒服的

很滿意，酒店乾淨整潔，服務人員也很nice
暑假山頂也就是23度左右 很舒適
但是晚上睡覺沒有空調還是會有點點熱

為了看天湖的日出和日落住了一晚，很滿意，這家酒店環境很好，房間裏乾濕三分離，看門就見山，離景區也近，酒店住宿還能免景區停車費，來天湖強推這家酒店👍🏻

房間陽台的紗門是劣質的軟簾子，與房門有很大裂縫，服務員説要關門就沒有蚊蟲了，問題是關門房間完全不透氣了，所有房間都是沒有空調的。服務員説把燈關了，問題是還要洗漱還要看電視，肯定是需要燈光的。後面服務員拿了電蚊香過來。用上電蚊香，把窗簾拉上才行。希望該店把陽台紗門換成移動紗門，才能徹底解決蚊蟲問題。

房間乾淨衞生，環境很好，離天湖還有幾公里的距離，很方便。酒店餐廳的菜，味道不錯，價格可以接受。能在炎炎夏日，住在這樣的酒店，盡情享受天湖的自然環境，不負此行。

房型不錯，衹要不是節假日出行價格合適。房間無異味，有壁爐。比較可惜的是自助早餐種類較少，小童超過一米的收費10元。如果這方面能升級改進一下那就更好了。

房間和環境都不錯，就是早餐不行，沒有含高蛋白的食物，比如：早餐沒有蛋類，肉類也衹是星星點點，幾乎也可以説沒有肉類。也沒有蔬菜水果。
