續住的衞生打掃既然如此馬虎，床單隔天換可以理解，但其他的就不用按流程打掃了嗎？還是需要客户一一説明哪裡需要打掃更換新的。還是説要退房在辦入住才能按正常一套流程打掃佈置嗎？

與維也納是一個接待處，地下停車方便。房間乾淨衞生。由於自己的原因，車出門把後視鏡撞掉了，不遠處的滕泰汽車服務中心幫助處理，人很熱心，連費用也不收取，很是感激！
