酒店位置很好，房間向陽朝河。晚上可以在河邊走走，靠近全南廊橋，步行過去5分鐘，很熱鬧。河對面就是小吃街可以品嚐一下全南美食。

有蟲子不乾淨，態度也不好、好像誰付不起錢一樣，大早上的就搞裝修，吵**，還一直在門口講話，一點都不照顧住客的感受、睡個覺都不安穩

前台服務態度都還可以，但是酒店的設備有些地鐵真的太差了，我住的那個房間的門，一開始就很難打開，還叫了服務員過來開門，正常開門根本打不開，要用“巧勁”，呵呵🙂，這就算了。住了三天，房間除了反鎖還有鏈條鎖，一般人進去都是會反鎖的好嗎！前兩天反鎖我衹覺得內鎖比較難擰，但是費點力氣還是可以打開的，結果今天早上鎖了直接打不開，用眼鏡盒砸都砸不動，叫工作人員從外面用鑰匙開了門，我跟工作人員説鎖可能要加點油不靈活了，工作人員竟然懟我，説我不應該關這個鎖，關鏈條鎖就可以了，誰要你去反鎖門。這***，這個房間的鎖有問題就不會提前説嘛，還怪客人鎖門的問題，就沖這態度我從來不打評價的人今天就得好好打一個，過分，耽誤了我的工作不説，還這種態度！
