August Moon Resort Hotel

The pictures looked good, but when I arrived, I realized that it was remote and desolate. It was just a big yard with nothing else. The key was that there were no service staff. There was only one woman from beginning to end who looked like the boss. I couldn't see it anymore. Other service staff, you wouldn’t be so stingy, would you? The most ridiculous thing is that the door is locked after 12 o'clock at night. You are a hotel and you open the door for business. Which hotel locks the door at night? When I went back after 12 o'clock, I was locked out and couldn't get in. I didn't even reserve a contact number, and I wasn't notified in advance that the door would be locked at night. I couldn't bear to hire a security guard. This is really the weirdest thing I've ever encountered in so many years of staying in a hotel. I'm reluctant to ask you to open a store? Are you tired? It’s tiring for you to drive and it’s tiring for us to live there, so we’ll suffer the death penalty! ! !

床鋪和浴室十分乾淨，古典裝修風格，圖片和網上展示的一模一樣，絕無濾鏡。户外園林是蘇州揚州園林風格，精美恬靜，真是一個好去處。感覺這麼好的園林景觀酒店，竟然少有人知，覺得可惜。五一面臨其他地方都人滿為患，慶幸此處還留有一寸凈土，下次還會再來。 另外要重點表揚一下店家的服務態度，走之前家人不小心把充電器丟在酒店，前台和保潔都很有責任心，多次幫我們尋找，最終找回。我和家人對於此處住宿環境和服務都十分滿意，也會推薦給其他的朋友。

園林設計，總體一般，談不上服務和設施，亮點就是園林不錯
