Thien An Riverside Hotel

The facilities are very old. The air conditioner does not work well. The surrounding scenery is good.

Never stayed in such a bad hotel! Unacceptable! ! Unfortunately, due to work, I only stayed for 2 days, otherwise 1 day is really too much! But these 2 nights were also nightmares and couldn't sleep well! It is not cheap to charge HK$285/night in a small town in Vietnam, but the quality is really poor. No matter the public place, of course it's dark, smelly and sloppy!! That's okay, it's not often in hotels anyway. Room:- 1. The lighting is too dark, close to a room of more than 300 feet, only 2 small bedside wall lamps and 2 small lamps near the window. The so-called small water bar has only one hole in the top and no lights! 2. The bathtub is tied with black edges! 3. Towels, sheets and duvets are all dirty grey. The shape of the pillow is indescribable! 4. One of the doors of the wardrobe is nailed and cannot be opened! 5. The cabinet can not be fully opened and closed! 6. There is no electric plug in the small water bar, so you can only boil water in the bathroom! 7. There are no plugs on either side of the bed 8. There should be water seepage and mold in two places on the ceiling! 9. Tattered Soap Chair Finally, it's strange that Trip.com doesn't screen the hotels they recommend, so bad they can still be sold on the site!
