A lot of mosquitoes and no activity like other camp After desert trip a lot of sand inside room

The place is clean, smells fresh, and wonderful surroundings close to the hot air balloons and star gazing. You can see the sunset walking distance from the camp. The staff are amazing. The food is great. Including dinner in your stay is so worth it as they serve one of the best dinner buffets. Great value for money 100% 💯

First, I’ll note the advantages, of which there are many: - cool atmosphere around and in the evening (the unique flavor of Arab culture is created by the dabka dance, which is danced by top managers of the hotel together with male visitors immediately after dinner) - cozy courtyard - the dome room has everything you need to take a shower and relax. - we were fed several times for free (access to the restaurant buffet) - interesting food (but the choice is quite modest) Minuses: - it’s very hot in the dome during the day (air conditioning will not improve the situation), but we were offered to wait in another tent room, for which thanks to the hotel managers. - synthetic bedding and blankets - there is no lunch, so if you want to eat you need to take something in reserve (the camp only has breakfast and dinner) Overall, a cool place. -

The weather was bad, it was raining, and I didn't see the stars. Convenient parking, poor breakfast, too many flies

Hasan Zawaideh Camp, the second home, for me ! The most wonderful and welcoming camp in the desert!❤️ An oasis of peace, full of greenery, in the desert ! Exceptional people, beautiful, warm and kind!❤️ Accommodation, extraordinary, equipped with everything you need for your comfort, 10+!❤️ Delicious traditional food, Tea, hot, served outdoors, at night, by the campfire! Dance and traditional music! All this transfers you to another world, another time Thank you very much , Hassan Zawaideh Mahmoud Zawaideh You are wonderful!❤️ Wadi Rum brings joy, beauty, peace and love to your life! This dusty place is full of life and enthusiasm! A unique experience, Wadi Rum! Wadi Rum, you have to see it, feel it, in the end you will love it and you will want to return to it! The dessert is simply MAGIC❤️

I've thought really hard about this review. I will say that the location is 100/10 The experience the same, sleeping in a martian tent in the middle of the desert is incredible. But the camp itself.... At reception we were met with a rude manager who didn't want to speak to us and was just chain smoking The martian tents aren't as nice as the pictures, the bathrooms really dated, the towels smell, the windows are all marked and the heat? Goodness me the AC Air conditioning cannot cope. At night it JUST became bearable, but dripped on my head all night. The heat is just too much for a tiny air conditioning machine to cope with. The jeep safari is terrible, don't bother. The food was quite nice for £10, but I'm not sure id stay here again.

Best camp! Helpful, hospitable, food was good and the owner personally surprised me with a cake! It was a wonderful experience and trip! The camp is really wonderful, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Plus the driver for the tour made it more memorable with his skills. ✨

I stayed into this property for 2 nights in one of the martian domes and I enjoyed every moment. once you understand you are in the middle of the dessert, that resources are scarce and hard to get then you can see the full picture. We took the stargazing tour which was very informative, also we took the 4 hour 4x4 excursion in the dessert which was one of the highlights of my life, with one very epic sunset. and took a sunrise cammel ride, which again top 2 sunrises of my life. Pros: Very friendly staff food overal is good, even with a omelette station Amazing tours Decoration is epic, the lights on the rock infront of the camp are amazing. you have every possible ammenity. Cons. The domes get really hot during the day (again u´re in the desert on Summer) It has light pollution so stargazing is not optimal maintenance of the rooms can definetly be better, specially on the bathroom the towel holders kept falling off. I would definetly recomend this place.

This was such a nice experience from the aesthetics, customer service, the great wifi, the sunset ride and on site shisha. I would definitely highly suggest this camp it was an amazing experience. I would definitely visit again great for a couple or solo.

I highly recommend this place! The camp is beautiful, the jeep tour is great and most importantly the staff are simply amazing ! Everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the manager there Mr. Moataz ! However, I recommend visiting in spring or autumn but not in summer!

Located just outside of the protected area of Wadi Rum, Hasan Zawaideh Camp is a fabulous place to hang out in the desert. The tents themselves are more like huts, with lockable doors, electricty, a bathroom, air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Decor mimics a Bedouin tent. Wonderful. There is a table and chairs outside where you can sit and absorb the view. It is possible to upgrade to the Martian tents (named after the film which was shot here) and a window view of the surrounds. Public seating areas are shaded with Bedouin fabrics enabling guests to sit outside in comfort and chat together or enjoy a drink (zero alcohol, in line with local custom). The bar is open all day. Along side this is the restaurant. Amazing! The food is fantastic and there are so many choices. Something for every taste. I am vegan and had no problem at all in filling my plate. Really tasty. At night, the proprietors unveil the chicken.... cooked in the earth/under the sand in the traditional Bedouin manner. Quite the ceremony. Dinner is followed by a a campfire, Arabic music, a chance to Dabke (dance) with fellow travellers. I came here as part of an organised group. We took part in a jeep safari, stargazing experience, cultural visit to a desert tent selling keffiyehs (scarves), donkey soap, and local herbal (mermiyeh/sage) tea. The whole experience was absolutely fabulous- complete bedouin immersion!... and utterly relaxing. It was possible to book some attractions at reception also- an early morning camel ride or an air ballon trip The desert is so peaceful, the sun sets behind the mountains in front of the camp, the skies are dark and the locals so smiley and welcoming. Fabulous.

Very nice camp, Hassan was a very good host. I recommend staying here very much, the rooms have AC and plenty of electrical plugs and sockets. The water pressure was Great, the cleanliness was also good. They have tours you can do with them or that you u can do On your own
