酒店隔音太差，隱形消費太多，所有東西都在包裝上標價，就馬桶墊沒有標價，根據一般公益良俗都會認為是免費提供，後面退房扣款6元，收費應該明明白白

房間設施陳舊不堪，開的是棋牌房連麻將機都沒有，廁所用一次就堵了，更讓人接受不了的是衞生，朋友的5歲女兒在床上睡了一下居然不知道給什麼蟲子咬了，身上都是包，紅點點，叫前台換一間也不肯，凌晨一點多了居然叫我們退房退一半房費，這是我以始以來住的最差勁的房間了，錦時酒店的房間讓我體驗了什麼叫差了，住酒店的惡夢了，心裏都有陰影了！以上句句屬實！

空調不冷，很爛，大熱天30幾度，修了半天也不好，房子廁所裝修老舊，與圖片嚴重不符，酒店人員服務態度很差，讓退款協商不同意。不推薦入住，祈陽酒店大把，
