退房服務員態度惡劣，臨時發現東西不在了，上去找沒找到，讓她幫忙調監控看看進來的時候拿沒拿，她事不關己的樣子説等一下，當時已經打了車並且不能取消，車子顯示還有5分鐘到達酒店，兩分鐘的時候我再次提醒她，我説我車子到了她説你車子到了我要忙退按金。沒記錯的話加上我的房間一共三個卡，我説意思是你要弄完這個才能幫我調嗎，她説是，可是全程她都慢慢悠悠的，明顯故意的啊）然後我就走了，我到目的地下車她打電話過來，就幾分鐘的時間（我不理解）她説她調到了門口的監控當時是拿着進來酒店的，我説大廳有監控嗎可能是當時放在桌子上不知道拿上去沒，她説那她再調下，第二個電話她説拿上去的，我説那可能在房間因為長者家沒出去過，她説叫客房幫找找，然後她就直接掛了。過了很久，我就打電話過去問找到了嗎，她説沒有，她很忙，讓我自己去找。大過年的她沒事吧，我之前讓她調不就是如果拿上去房間了我就去房間找嗎（而且之前上去找的時候連桌子縫也找了，所以以為沒拿上去）她前面夢遊去了嗎是，還是覺得讓別人來回跑好玩啊？如果她是人有問題能蠢成這樣，輕重緩急都分不清那我真沒話説。

前台服務太差了，跟欠了她錢一樣。要交200元按金，按金返還要扣我們消費者的手續費。衞生太差了，熱水打開一股黴味，根本沒發洗澡。蟑螂到處爬，晚上睡覺都爬到了身上。發票開不出來。一般都懶得寫評價，實在是氣不過。
