The room smelled strongly, old, and disgusting. Most importantly, the charges weren't clearly stated. They were placed on the sink, and I just took them when I was washing. Who knew if they were charged? The waiter was awful, didn't resolve the issue, and even asked the customer to put themselves in their shoes. That's not the right attitude for service. The front desk manager and the person in charge acted this way. I can't imagine how bad the rest of the service at this hotel is. Disgusting. The most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had. I felt sick all week.

I was going to give it a perfect 5 out of 5, thinking the staff must have been incredibly hard-working during the ***** New Year holiday. However, there were some issues. The standard rooms are a bit dated, and the elevator and hallway rooms had a slightly stuffy smell. There were hairs on the pillows and washbasin in my room, and there was something stuck on the bedside table (pictured second). I don't know what it was used for, but it was also filthy. Also, because we checked in early, around noon, the room must have been a snatched-up deal, as there was no complimentary mineral water. I notified the front desk, and a woman brought it to me. I half-opened the door and tried to take it, but the woman came into my room with a look of disbelief, then placed it on the shelf herself. She even glanced around, acting suspiciously as if I'd finished my water and asked her to bring it. I don't use the hotel kettle; I always bring a bottle of water with me, but I only drank one bottle because it wasn't enough. The woman's manner of speaking and expression really needs to change.

.這間酒店是祁陽的唯一參與評級的四星級酒店。今年清明節回祁住了三天。設施和環境都很不錯,停車方便、早餐比較豐富。但服務的檔次下降了,房間有頂燈不亮,洗澡花灑衹有中間四個孔出水,,洗澡用的拖鞋沒有,這些經向前台提出,都改正、解決了。管理上有待提高、保持四星級酒店的品牌效應很重要。有些一次用品收費不是明顯提示（如座廁墊收費6元、乾的一次性毛毛拖鞋用完後帶走要收費30元）。近幾年祁陽的酒店新建較多、競爭激烈。回祁我還是願意住這間傳統的四星級酒店的。
