在網上訂的房間，到了他們店裡到前台才説沒有這個房型，要給我換一個，關鍵是我訂的是大床，他給我換的是圓床，前台的説辭是大床沒有了只有圓床，也不提前打電話給客人説，到了店裡才説，我以後是不會住這間酒店了
