環境很好，一百多就可以住到這麼好的酒店，性價比非常高。前台服務很熱情，辦理入住的時候給我們奉茶水，覺得非常暖心。房間也是很乾凈，整潔。對開車來的朋友非常友好，門口就可以停車，非常方便，晚上回來時保安大叔也幫忙找車位，非常暖心。位置很好，飯店商場都很近，離景區也很近，特別滿意的一次入住！

第一次住這裏，小張服務特別好，很熱心，進門就奉了杯茶，和她説了睡眠不好，給選了很安靜的房間，非常滿意。
酒店環境很好，湖景房，設施齊全，門口停車很方便，還有洗衣服務，感覺像家一樣，如果有機會來棲霞，下次還住這裏

1.隔音一般 二樓走廊半夜一點吵架聽得清楚
2.房間內沒有紙巾 跟衞生間共用
3.衹有一次性拖鞋 洗完澡不方便
4.14日下午辦理入住 工作人員的態度是住酒店以來碰到最差的 沒有之一！！！
要不是前台都懶得評論了 態度太差勁了 一點服務意識都沒有
