This is been my third trip to Puzhehei and certainly the best as far as the hotel is concerned. Its location is just excellent. It sits right on the boardwalk and you can relax and enjoy the folks walking by and the water, lotus plant, flowers. Artists on the sidewalk in a couple of fisherman right at your door stop. I could just sit there all day and enjoy watching the people walk by and the beautiful scenery. The two ladies that helped me there were both superlative and very friendly. On arrival I had to park my car in the parking lot about two or three miles from downtown. The lady from the Hotel came and got me on her electric bike and the two of us plus my suitcase and two backpacks made it safely back to the hotel . It was a great experience. I will definitely be back again next year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Puzhehei can get pretty busy during the tourist season so I booked my rooms to start the day after the fall holiday. I arrived on September 3rd and stayed for four days.

The location is great, right by the lake, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. For two days and one night, I enjoyed the sunshine on sunny days, the haziness on rainy days, and the beautiful sunset. It was a great pleasure to just be alone and let go!

However, the location and decoration style of the room may have too much impact. (And in fact, it is quite winding, at night from the entrance of Xianrendong Village to walk a dark alley) The decoration floor is old, and the trail is very noisy near the same time. There is basically no sound insulation. It is also very noisy at 11 o'clock in the evening. I was awakened by the voice of passers-by and neighbors at 7 o'clock in the morning. The first floor can be seen through the glass and there is no privacy at all. At the same time, there are a lot of bugs, which is not very comfortable. The cleaning of the bathroom in the room is also relatively sloppy, there is a lot of scale, not dirty, but compared with this price...emmm. There is also a problem with the sink faucet. I don’t know if the water pressure is too high. I don’t pay attention to opening it a little bit. The water will splash from the sink and pour yourself. The balcony of this room type should be a plus point, but the first floor is really not good. The balcony is on the side of the road, one meter high from the road, sitting on the balcony can be admired by passers-by, the curtains are not suitable for opening during the day, the balcony can not be used, it is no different from other cheap room types. . The scenery of the ancient town here is very tasteful, but the feeling on the first floor is not good. Overall, it is not worth the price. At least this room type is strongly not recommended. After a circle, I found that the atmosphere of the B&B in Xianrendong Village is generally biased towards the original taste of retro. Relatively speaking, the modern/new decoration of Puzhehei Village is more. It is recommended to choose according to the situation. (The sightseeing car inside the scenic spot is all inclusive, and there is no need to consider the distance too much)

Last year, friends visited this inn and recommended it to me. I was drawn to the courtyard view in the photos and booked it. The male owner was very easy to communicate with over the phone. On my first night, I checked in alone in a king-size room with a courtyard view. Upon arrival, I had to wait a while before I was checked in, but I was quite satisfied. It was the first room on the second floor, on the top floor. The view wasn't much, and the courtyard view was towards the desk. However, the amenities were good, with central air conditioning and decent internet. The next day, two friends were coming over, so we switched to a twin room. My mood completely tanked. It was the worst room in the courtyard, next to the guest room. It smelled terrible and was so dark that we had to turn on the lights during the day. It was a bit of a bummer to stay in a dark room for the price I paid, but since my friends were coming soon, I couldn't really check out. Since it was only one night and I wasn't going to be in the room to enjoy the view, I decided to leave it that way. I asked the hotel for travel tips, and many people said they found great deals on inns. Unexpectedly, the hotel's recommendation, without any tips, was even higher than the platform. I was completely stunned and had to continue using the platform and asking other people. I also discovered that the hotel was mostly packed with group travelers, with very few independent travelers. No wonder the housekeeper had no recommendations. I got some useful information from other small hotels. After picking up my friend and returning to his room, I discovered the internet connection was incredibly poor. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I gave up on the hotel and decided to find another place the next day. The second night was a truly terrible experience. For some reason, I heard roosters crowing from 3 a.m., and even with earplugs, I couldn't fall asleep. My friends had the same experience, and by 5 a.m., we couldn't stand it anymore and simply got up to watch the sunrise. The higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment. I had planned to stay for three days, but I quickly fled after two. With the wide range of prices in Puzhehei, housekeeper services are actually very important for tourists. I hope the owner, while making money, will also consider providing better customer service for the long term. To be honest, the hotel's overall facilities are quite good. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities are good, and my friends found the mattresses comfortable. The roosters crowing on the second day was truly unbelievable (they didn't on the first day).

A very humane inn. After booking the room, the proprietress sent all kinds of suggestions for sightseeing and eating in advance on WeChat. When we checked in, grandma asked for an electric car to pick us up at the parking lot. The little brother was waiting for us at the entrance of the alley early, and helped us take all the luggage upstairs. Grandma was like a big head every day. She would ask us where we were going to play, what we wanted to eat and recommend us, and come back every day to ask if we had a good time. Every day, she cooked corn, cut watermelon, and washed plums for us to eat. The room was clean and bright. We brought our own mosquito nets. We were very tired from playing during the day, but we slept very well for 4 nights. I like Puzhehei, which is completely different from other commercial scenic spots. I like this inn. Our arrival time is at night. The boss drove over to pick up the station directly to the entrance of the inn (the foreign car cannot enter the village). Since it is the off-season, there are few guests and we upgraded the room for free, and sent the room fruit. The inn room is very spacious and clean. The sanitation is good, the bathroom is also very hot water for dry and wet separation, and the window is the lotus pond. I believe that the moon must be more beautiful. The small courtyard is not too big but carefully arranged. There are various plants and places to drink tea. There is plenty of time for reading in a daze. There are many places to eat around, and it is only tens of meters away from the lake. It is strongly recommended that Puzhehei live here. The next day, we sent us to the three pre-life attractions for free, and introduced how to play Puzhehei all the way, so that our trip was full of harvest.
