房間確實很好，設施新，床品好，在普者黑村裡邊算是非常有格調檔次的裝修了，訂了無窗的大床房，有中央空調一樣挺好的，離情人橋很近，唯一的不足就是水需要改善一下。

房間設施略顯簡陋，窗户有遮擋，晚上用電高峯時出現停電現象。服務意識有待提高，本來預訂了兩天，房卡第二天就不能用了。看見客人拎着行李箱下樓服務員沒有主動幫忙拿行李，態度冷淡
