房間味道很大，廁所積水，熱水沒法調温，冷熱水交替來，3秒熱水，10秒冷水，半夜房間裏燈窗簾還突然自動打開，房間隔音效果非常差……

房間很大，衞生幹冿整潔，緊靠普者黑湖，每天晚上欣賞日落，交通方便，超市農貿市場很緊，尤其是美女接待員非常熱情，詳細介紹遊覽路線，還幫我們把行李搬上樓，還有洗衣房，總之各方面很好，謝你了！

衞生乾淨整潔，床上及衞浴用品都很好，全屋智能化（包括馬桶），大堂及公共空間很人性化舒適。
二樓套房可看到湖景觀
店家服務熱情周到，對遊玩攻略建議很合理，避免踩坑。
店旁邊就是地道的當地早餐、燒烤店、離普者黑美食街也就一輛馬車的距離

在普者黑村委會旁邊，位置比較方便，步行穿過田埂就可以去青龍山碼頭。設施一般，不過價格擺在這裏，可以攜帶寵物。家裡狗子怕馬，衹能關在房間裏。服務可以。聽馬車伕説是新老闆接手。本來住兩天，天氣不好，第二天退一天也馬上處理。

酒店位置靠近青龍山碼頭，很方便，周邊也有很多小吃，總的來説地理位置還不錯呢。前台小姐姐還很主動的打招呼，非常熱情!還給我們做了旅遊攻略，房間佈置的乾淨又衞生，下次還會再去的~

酒店有觀光車來公交車終點站接，很方便，房間住的很舒服也很乾凈整潔，旅遊路線也會幫忙指導，總體很不錯！最後點贊一下最後一天幫忙辦理退房的短髮前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心。

拍照很出片，酒店環境很新，房間很大，都是智能家電。前台小美女也很熱情，位置也挺好的，就在荷花湖旁邊，晚上也很安靜。我們是開車的，酒店有停車場提供。如果是動車過來的話可以提前和酒店溝通一下，她會詳細指導的。
