牆體的塗料氣味很大，床旁邊的牆體回潮很嚴重，後面窗户的把手居然是壞了，不是讓店家用鉗子來才勉強關上，但是沒關緊，院子裏的衞生不怎麼樣，一樓比較吵。

這個民宿很不錯的，老闆人很熱情，環境好，安靜，吃飯住宿一併解決了，很方便，出門就可以看荷花，很不錯的。

位於普者黑村，交通還算方便，離青龍山，三生三世景點都很近，離村口公交車站點，觀光車站點也不遠，附近還有馬車停車場，坐馬車也方便。
周邊吃飯的店也很多，民宿也有餐廳，不過沒吃。共三層，一樓有小院，有桌子椅子可休息。三樓的三人房是木板隔的，隔音效果很差，熱水忽冷忽熱，床頭衹有一個插座，電視的插座好幾個是壞的，吹風機的插座也用不了。
房間有晾衣服的架子，也可推到走廊曬衣服，可是我們訂的房間沒有一個衣架，找前台也才給三個，網絡也是時好時壞。

親子房很大的床，乾淨，睡得很舒服，特別推薦餐廳，性價比高，味道很好，無論我們去哪玩都回餐廳吃飯，出去也吃過，的確去沒有這裏好吃，愛了愛了，出去玩也比較近，搭公交很方便。

非常不錯的民宿，四合院的設計，亭台樓閣，園林設計合理，特別值得推薦的是一樓自營餐廳，價錢合理，味道特別適合廣東人。早餐米線才10元一份，價格親民。
