酒店位置非常好！由於普者黑高鐵站到景區約26公里，網約車也不好叫，火車站到景區公交車約35分鐘到每人5元，到停車場走幾百米就到酒店！店家服務貼心熱情，為了衞生健康建議在店裡吃乾淨價格比景區便宜！

陽台上可以遠眺打水仗，風景不錯，離青龍山和普者黑村正街都不遠，房間乾淨整潔，有彝族風情。老闆兩口子人非常熱情，厚道!

老闆人很好，做菜更是一流，客棧古香古色，性價比真的很高，我們幾家人連續住了幾天，要不是孩子快開學了，都還想繼續悠哉悠哉的享受這份休閑，老闆帶我們還吃了當地特色，主動幫我們聯繫車子，大家處得像家人一樣，有機會還要來，哈哈

夏天這樣的旺季來普者黑，房間性價比高，訂了三間一樓，房間都帶一個類似的小陽台，孩子一起出來玩很方便，小陽台上的植物長得很好。老闆提供打水仗的工具，酒店位置不錯，就在普新橋附近，包括去情人橋青龍山碼頭我們都是走路去的。早餐簡單，米線+雞蛋，老闆做的米線味道不錯，就是雞蛋不夠人性化，固定一個房間衹給兩個，一家三口住不多給的，個人認為沒必要因為這一塊錢的事給顧客心裏留下不好的印象，不太值當哈。

住宿選的複式房，總體一般，衹能説比較有特色，沒有電梯，老闆會幫忙拿。
優點:環境不錯的，空氣清新，佈置了不少綠植，一樓房間有個小花園，位置靠荷塘幾十米，出行到街上很方便，停車要走一小段路，也還行。
缺點:複式房不通風，特別是二樓沒有窗户特別悶熱，開空調掛機總時不時有異響。另外清潔做得較馬虎，有不少灰塵，剛打開房間廁所垃圾桶裏居然還有啃過的雞骨頭，估計是上個客人吃的。
最大的問題，服務態度雖説也過得去，但是前台推薦的東西都是巨坑:
第一，推薦的他家某親戚開的飯店，總體較難吃，食材真心不新鮮，肉都沒有香味，很多熱菜端上來還是涼的，價格比第二天去景區裏吃的還貴，菜品也遠不如。
第二，告訴我們正常買票乘船要排很久的隊，她可以幫忙訂票，價格和官方230/人一樣，還能安排馬車接送，結果我們到了景區有優惠活動，才170/人，也根本不用排隊。路線也給我們亂介紹，把普者黑仙人洞，青龍山，划船等幾個項目説成是互相獨立的，結果這幾個點衹要買了票就乘坐景區電瓶車互相都是通的，白白耽誤了幾個小時的行程。
第三，我們想租電單車，給我們説沒問題，第二天早上送過來，結果第二天下樓準備出發一問才説沒有車了，到處都租不到了推薦我們坐馬車。還好這次沒聽她的，我們自己去景區停車場到處都有電車租。
綜上，對這個客棧真的是無語了……
