Staying in this hotel was amazing, the staff were very kind and helpful. They provided delicious breakfast and dinner. They as well introduced us to puzhehei by driving us around. In addition the rooms were spectacular!

The courtyard of the B&B is very beautiful and large, like a small garden, with a small independent lotus pond and a plum garden. The happiest thing every day is picking plums in the yard. I love it here. The room is very clean, there is a self-service laundry, and you can sunbathe in the wicker chairs in the yard downstairs. Those who like quietness can choose this place.

民宿環境很幽靜，地處景區裏，老闆娘温柔又熱情。院子很大很有趣，有果樹鞦韆，晚上可烤火，白天可煮食。關鍵是，兩室的家庭套房，早上開窗簾就看到日出，設備很新，服務周到，春節價格竟然是100+，非常非常良心價。老闆娘有愛有趣，養着二狗一貓，種着好多果樹綠植。我想多年以後，回想在普者黑的兩天兩夜，我們最回味的一定是，陶姐的真誠以待，院子夜晚的繁星點點，篝火旁邊的閑話家常，分享不完的農家美食，追貓逗狗的悠然自得……

2024年12月24日我們六人，入住“普者黑喜會圓青苑民宿”三間雙床房（含早餐），住了兩晚。
酒店房間裝修比較新，安全衞生乾淨整潔
酒店地理位置離普者黑村8路公交車終點站，步行約15一20分鐘，酒店環境比較清靜，到各景點很方便，近的可以步行，遠的可以乘8路公交，也可租、包各種車輛，吃飯方便，步行十多分鐘就有。
老闆娘很熱情，服務周到，僱了馬車到8路公交車終點站免費接我們到酒店，早餐每人一個雞蛋，稀飯、紅薯、芋頭基本夠飽，離開酒店時也僱車免費送我們到普者黑火車站。
房間內設施還是比較新的，大體上比較滿意。
現在説一説這次住店的體驗，24日吃飽晚飯後回到酒店八點多鐘，老闆娘告訴我們，酒店的空氣能熱水器壞了，沒有熱水，衹能用電熱水壺燒水洗臉、漱口、洗腳，臨時給個塑料盆洗腳，洗臉自己解決（當天氣温最低5度左右，想洗澡衹能“沖涼”了），空調暖氣也不暖，衹好蓋兩床被子禦寒，非常不方便，這些情況我們跟攜程作了如實反應，攜程也作了一些相應的處理，對付過了一晚，更嚴重的是第二天熱水器依然沒修好，仍然沒有熱水，老闆娘倒也誠懇，主動提出安排我們住另一家灑店，我們經過商量出於寬容之心，綜合和其他實際因素，決定不換灑店了，也不要求去其他灑店去洗澡了，在這裏再將就一晚，考驗一下我們的衞生承受底線。
這是我幾十年來第一次住店遇到沒有熱水洗、嗽，而且是連續兩天都沒有，我現在在想，以後訂房我是不是跟老闆多問一句“老闆，房間裏肯定有熱水嗎” 。在這裏我真誠希望老闆娘不要讓這種事情再次發生，終究不是每一位客人願意享受沒有熱水用的待遇，在確保最基本的服務水平上提高服務質量，把生意做得更好、更長久。
