酒店位置：市中心，去哪裡都很方便
酒店設施：有洗衣房，停車場，會議室，早餐廳還是很全的，設施也都很新
服務：沒得説，進門保安大爺就幫我開門拿行李，前台可心也很耐心的幫我介紹辦事地點和酒店的距離，房間衞生也很乾凈，餐廳的早餐也挺好吃，品類挺多的
整體評價：很好，推薦入住

房間隔音效果特別不好，房間面積特別小，收費特別不合理，一間房費358一天，下午兩點40分退房，説超時間一間房收取158元超市費用，全國的星級酒店都是按小時收費，麗楓咱們搞不懂，什麼情況，還發生在七台河市

酒店位置方便，有酒店的停車場。需要提示，開車進酒店必須從右轉車道進入，不然就是越過實線進入酒店。早餐還可以。
需要提一下，麗楓酒店是我們外出旅遊首選的酒店品牌之一。這次到七台河，在攜程上看到麗楓酒店七台河市客運站店的圖和文的介紹，預訂了比較喜歡有沙發的客房。但是，進房間後發現並沒有沙發，與預訂的房間不一致。與前台服務員溝通，沒料到這位前台女服務員是個火暴之人，在一陣交涉後，竟説自己出錢為客户升級有沙發的客房。明明是客户預訂有沙發的客房，卻被前台忽悠成給客户升級客房。還好在爭議過程中，該店經理出場了，態度誠懇，希望客户給予諒解。
我們在偏遠的新疆入住麗楓酒店也未曾遇到這類事。客户選擇你店，是給你們送錢來的。如果這個道理都搞不清楚，那還有誰給你們送錢。該店確實需要對前台接待人員嚴格管理，杜絕類似事件再次發生。説句實話，如果不是該店經理的誠懇態度，必須對前台服務質量一個差評的回擊。

還是挺驚訝的，七台河能有這麼乾淨的酒店，一進門就能感受到熱情服務，看我拿着行李箱特意幫我拿到前台還給我遞送了一杯花茶，還特意詢問了一下對樓層或者房間有什麼要求，挺細心的，入住期間吃了早餐很豐盛，洗衣房裡還有烘乾機，熨燙機設施很齊全，停車場也是免費的還挺大，訂外賣還有機器人能送到房間，很方便呢，總之，很推薦！
