酒店位置方便，有酒店的停車場。需要提示，開車進酒店必須從右轉車道進入，不然就是越過實線進入酒店。早餐還可以。
需要提一下，麗楓酒店是我們外出旅遊首選的酒店品牌之一。這次到七台河，在攜程上看到麗楓酒店七台河市客運站店的圖和文的介紹，預訂了比較喜歡有沙發的客房。但是，進房間後發現並沒有沙發，與預訂的房間不一致。與前台服務員溝通，沒料到這位前台女服務員是個火暴之人，在一陣交涉後，竟説自己出錢為客户升級有沙發的客房。明明是客户預訂有沙發的客房，卻被前台忽悠成給客户升級客房。還好在爭議過程中，該店經理出場了，態度誠懇，希望客户給予諒解。
我們在偏遠的新疆入住麗楓酒店也未曾遇到這類事。客户選擇你店，是給你們送錢來的。如果這個道理都搞不清楚，那還有誰給你們送錢。該店確實需要對前台接待人員嚴格管理，杜絕類似事件再次發生。説句實話，如果不是該店經理的誠懇態度，必須對前台服務質量一個差評的回擊。

還是挺驚訝的，七台河能有這麼乾淨的酒店，一進門就能感受到熱情服務，看我拿着行李箱特意幫我拿到前台還給我遞送了一杯花茶，還特意詢問了一下對樓層或者房間有什麼要求，挺細心的，入住期間吃了早餐很豐盛，洗衣房裡還有烘乾機，熨燙機設施很齊全，停車場也是免費的還挺大，訂外賣還有機器人能送到房間，很方便呢，總之，很推薦！

人家指定讓我幫忙定的，但是這個價位在七台河真的有點犯不上了，也不知道怎麼在七台河這個小五線城市怎麼火的，真犯不上，早餐不好吃，不豐富，服務態度很一般，反正我在七台河是不會去入住的。

7日早上6點多洗頭時發現自帶的綿柔巾不在了，因為最近剛染過頭髮，雖説已洗過一次、但是擔心濕發會染到酒店的毛巾，所以自帶的，去到酒店前台諮詢原因，前台説是半夜接班，聯繫客房打掃人員，對講機問詢後，客房打掃人員回覆進行了續住打掃，並未回答其他，前台進行了查找後竟然回覆我讓我自己訂一個，我無法理解這麼大型連鎖酒店因酒店原因造成客人不方便竟然讓客人自己解決，然後酒店前台態度惡劣，和客人僵持不下，一直強調自己半夜接班，不知道情況，無法解決。幸虧當時退房的一個寶媽看見後拿了自己的寶寶棉柔巾送給我使用，再次感謝寶媽的幫助，希望她新年快樂，平安順遂。希望酒店對此可以進行培訓，否則這樣的前台一定會影響酒店的聲譽，造成客源流失
