1.本人是酒店的會員，這個酒店的前台服務差到離譜，頭一次見前台當著顧客的面無緣無故罵顧客，但凡要是為難她，也無所謂，所以對於這種***的行為作為消費者讓人無語，作為服務業，沒要求你服務什麼，但是前台不僅沒服務，就這種素質，酒店是如何挑選讓這種**工作的。希望這個酒店越來越好，也希望這個酒店用人標準能提高！

是回住預訂，也還是會繼續選擇，不過友情提示下，洗手盆的冷熱水和圖標是反的，也沒個提示，手指有被燙紅，本不想給差評，早上退房的時候，好心和前台的一個男孩説聲，這前台我就很無語，面無表情，抬頭看了我一眼，就把頭低下了，好像我欠他一樣，真屬實第一次見這樣的前台，但是入住的時候前台小哥哥態度就很好，所以個人行為吧！

房間很乾凈熱水也很好，枕頭太高了睡不着，而且不隔音隔壁打呼嚕聽的一清二楚，入住的時候還碰巧趕上旅遊團大清早四點多就在走廊裏吵，旅遊團消停了，這邊又是打掃的阿姨的車子推動有叮叮噹噹的生意，對講機的聲音也很大，阿姨還在走廊裏嘮嗑。
