房間衞生很一般，入住衞生間就有水，找客房服務很不耐煩，叫好幾遍才來處理，原奔着酒店的四鑽的招牌去的，結果很失望

1.本人是酒店的會員，這個酒店的前台服務差到離譜，頭一次見前台當著顧客的面無緣無故罵顧客，但凡要是為難她，也無所謂，所以對於這種***的行為作為消費者讓人無語，作為服務業，沒要求你服務什麼，但是前台不僅沒服務，就這種素質，酒店是如何挑選讓這種**工作的。希望這個酒店越來越好，也希望這個酒店用人標準能提高！
