酒店服務有點跟不上，前台那個小夥子根本忙不過來。前面有個女人，一下跟這個打電話了，一下跟另一個女前台説了，又來了幾個他們一起的*男人，**轟轟的，也鬧不清自己要開幾間房，在哪兒**叨叨了二十多分鐘，始終不知道那****要開幾間房，要算多少錢。然後後面的就衹能一直乾等着。期間還有個不知道哪來的*男人，********，莫名其妙的來就把前台數落了一頓，真的就跟***一樣。分鐘那半個多小時，我的外賣都到了，前台也不疏通，保安也不管。進到房間以後，蹲馬桶是根本關不住門的，房間裏也沒有拖鞋，電視費了好大的勁打開，然後也看不了。

酒店位置非常好，環境衞生乾淨。價格還實惠。非常不錯的選擇。去了好幾次了，都住哪裡的。服務各方面也挺好的。關鍵是前台小姐姐特別好看

酒店鬧中取靜，免費停車場很大，就在大門口，房間乾淨明亮，衞生間沒有異味，水流大，房間有空調，性價比很高！真正的價廉物美！對了，前台年輕小帥哥還給我們夫妻免費升級房間，很感謝！

給升了房，説實話大小一樣，我更新喜歡沒升級的買的房型的裝修…空間中規中矩，衞生不錯，整體環境不錯，停車方便，就是廚房還在裝修沒有餐飲提供。整體還是推薦的。

首先，衞生很一般。床單有煙頭燙爛的痕跡。（既然已經爛了就請不要給顧客使用）
其次，服務太差太差。昨天發現房間內路由器打開並沒有該房間的網絡，嘗試連接wifi並不可以使用，於是下樓尋求前台幫助，當時前台是一個小姑娘。我們告知她我們所住的房間路由器打開之後也沒有網絡可以使用。小姑娘説能連到哪個網就用哪個網。我們也明確告知她連其他的網也用不了。此時我們的反饋並沒有得到解決，小姑娘接起了電話。也沒有説麻煩我們等一下之類的話語，我們自行在一旁等待，但時間有點久，我們決定先離開，離開前在她打電話間隙提出請求：麻煩一會兒找個人幫我們看看房間的網絡。小姑娘並沒有理睬我們，也沒有理我們的意思。請問你作為前台有完成自己的職責嗎？隨便給出“能連到的網絡就可以用”請問該房間沒有自己的網嗎？連到就用連不到就不用嗎？我們的問題並沒有解決就電話，對我們置之不理。請問基本的尊重呢？

幫朋友們訂的，親自送他們過去辦理了入住。酒店外觀挺氣派，門口超大停車場，附近吃的地方特別多。朋友們對這個酒店讚不絕口，非常滿意，説是乾淨衞生，設施也不錯，關鍵價格也實惠，都希望下次來奇台首選這個酒店。
