酒店設施一流，定位是高端商務型，衞生條件好，洗澡熱水強勁，床寬大舒服，早餐豐富、優質、好吃（第一次吃到美味的榆錢）。停車場很大。淡季人少安靜。入住有按金兩百，退房時需要先查房再退按金。

幾年前是住過奇台昊泰酒店，到目前為止酒店的客户系統裏還保留着我的訊息，入住時房間裏放了歡迎水果和卡片，午餐後又送了新的果碟。房間面積有40多平米，寬敞舒適，工作人員狀態鬆弛有禮貌，總是笑臉相迎，處處流動着賓至如歸親切感。下次到奇台，也還是會選擇住昊泰酒店。

第一次坐飛機到奇台，搜到當地唯一可以接機的酒店，沒想到酒店周到的服務讓我的這次預訂顯得無比英明：首先接機套餐讓我落地省心，其次酒店客房性價比高超出預期，最重要的是當我好奇詢問“奇台涼皮”去哪裡吃，前台小姑娘因為修路原因怕我找不到，竟然幫我點了外賣，還提醒我吃酒店自助早餐的時候一定要嚐嚐“扁豆湯”，也是道特色美食。奇台昊泰酒店用細節體現温度，值得推薦。

房間很大，佈置很舒適，有星級酒店的感覺。床墊舒服，熱水充足。早餐豐富。交通方便，離匯通商貿城僅六百多米，那裡有去江布拉克的線路車和到烏魯木齊等地的客運大巴。離古城美食街也不遠。酒店服務特別熱情周到，是在新疆旅遊十多天住過最好的酒店，性價比很高。
