先説硬件：我所訂的房型有點像15年前的裝修，舊加上衞生條件不是特別好，就會給人一種很破的感覺。
再説服務軟件：首先如家會員升級房型服務未開通，咱也不知道為啥沒開通，價格方面反而在這個平台上房間價格更低，（在新疆開通如家的會員性價比挺低的，在新疆有住房需求小夥伴請繞路）其次和前台反應服務需求，反饋很慢。
給4分的評價，算得上手下留情，也希望該店越來越好，能為後面的顧客提供更好的體驗。

如家如家，就如到家，一貫的裝修風格，簡潔不失得體的空間佈局，早餐多樣化，小炒堪比飯館味道，温馨的就餐環境配上可口飯食，真是到家的感覺。

家庭房是1.2+1.5的床，房間大小也不錯，帶早餐，有地下停車場，三樓的房間都是新裝修的，一層有90間，如家現在升級改造以後比原來好多了，不過價格在奇台這裏還是偏高一些，熱水不行，要放好久才有，這點改進一下，在配個一次性馬桶墊完美！

住了這麼多次酒店，第一次遇到服務這麼差的酒店，前台服務人員完全沒有服務，講話態度極其惡劣，那眼睛瞪的，恨不得要把我們吃掉一樣，回到房間就更別説了，房間電話線是斷的，想聯繫前台還需要在攜程找很久才能找到，電話接通是保安接的，想要一下電視遙控器，保安直接告訴我們沒有，一般沒人看電視，空調遙控器也給我們説沒有，總之什麼也沒有，那還開什麼酒店，房間水壺也沒有洗，裏面還有上一個客人用剩下的水，都不檢查房間的嘛？把各種問題推給消費者來審查嗎？最可笑的是房間衹有上馬桶的捲紙，連抽紙都沒有，吃完飯也用馬桶的捲紙嗎？建議好好整頓一下，別丟如家，更別丟錦江品牌的臉，當天值班的服務人員，差，差，差！一分都不想給!

房間乾淨衞生，還有智能家居增加了舒適型，服務也很細緻周到，停車非常方便，而且停車場旁邊就可以洗車保養，周邊還有火鍋等等美食，周邊環境方便定了兩間

如家位於奇台縣中心，周邊餐飲眾多，更有大型地下停車場。總枱美女及保安師傅都熱情禮貌。客房寬敞明亮，內飾為如家風格。床上用品潔凈，床墊舒適。如能將衞生間適當裝修就更好了。

房間很老舊，空調不製冷，開17度製冷，強勁都不行，真的完全不製冷，昨天40度的天氣，所以真的很熱，衞生間換氣扇也是壞的。
