The room is adequate. It's clean but the decor is sad looking -could do with a make over. I noticed the rooms on the third floor are more modern and look less depressed. Hopefully they will update the rooms on the second floor too. The location is good as it's on a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was limited. It could do with some more variety.

到江布拉克遊玩在奇台住了一晚如家，周邊就有夜市，門口能停車，走路開車出行都挺方便。
標準間挺寬敞的，衞生做得也很乾凈，全屋智能語音控制，有洗衣房不過要自備洗衣液，早餐在三樓小麪挺好吃。

太差了，200的酒店，在這種縣城也很差，連抽紙都沒有，問前台要，説只有三樓有，讓我們用廁所捲紙🧻，暈死。早餐説到10點半，10點我老公帶我女兒下去什麼都沒有了，麪條就一碗下好的讓他們分着吃，最後也懶得吃，買的吃的，這個水準太差了
一次性拖鞋壞的，被單也是臟的，衞生真的太一般了。新疆這裏的住宿太差了

帶着孩子自駕出來玩，漫無目的，乾脆來奇台吃個硬核早餐遊覽下江布拉克。這邊的物價不算高，網上酒店挺多的，選擇困難症乾脆選瞭如家，連鎖加盟品質還是有保證，三層小樓外觀很不起眼，但是內在裝飾佈局讓人不由自主放心，最值得稱讚的，一個小小的樓還自帶地下停車場，停車場環境不是特別高檔，但勝在方便，可以直通樓上，比很多酒店只有公共停車場好得多。長長的走廊，柔和的燈光，兩邊淡色的木門看着很讓人放鬆，房內佈局設除了淋浴下水不太好，其他都不錯，還有小度可以智能控制部分家電，酒店的早餐不錯，小菜牛肉麪茶葉蛋味道還不錯，酒店出門右手邊的馬大姐黃麪烤肉味道很好。退房的時候不小心把東西落在房間了，到了吉木薩爾縣才發現，聯繫了酒店前台，前台的依依小姑娘不僅幫我們找到了還幫我們聯繫發了快遞，感謝。

酒店位置不錯，附近吃飯比較多。酒店樓層不高，衞生打掃還是比較乾淨，服務挺好。免費早餐也挺好，性價比挺好，去江布拉克旅遊挺方便

本人在攜程訂了酒店，6月8日中午13:30左右到達奇台健康西路古城商業街店如家酒店，在地面有停車位的情況下，酒店工作人員依然要求我們停在地下車庫，並指示下地庫走到頭就是酒店下方。
按指示我們開車到地庫，當時地庫沒有照明燈，只有應急燈。
停下車後，副駕的我打開車門，下車瞬間就掉入坑裡，打開手機燈才發現是一個暖氣管道的坑，近一米深，長度和車身差不多，我家車貼坑邊不足兩公分，令人觸目驚心。
從坑裡出來就發現腳不能挨地了。到酒店大廳，第一時間告知酒店工作人員，當時有個經理，女保安和前台工作人員，經理第一時間下地庫看現場。對我們沒做任何安排，問了女保安附近的醫院，我們自行去中醫院檢查，到下午7點多回酒店，愛人搬東西，買冰敷的，我在酒店大堂坐了近一個小時，無人問津，經理和店員都在，這期間有兩位客人入住停車，也被指向地下停車庫，無一人提示客人地庫的安全隱患，此時依然沒放警示牌。
晚上八點左右，愛人回來將情況告知酒店，酒店拿來一個冰袋，一盤水果慰問。
6月9日，我們按法律援助的調解員建議報了警酒店才放了警示牌，之後按酒店要求，上傳了所有的材料，直至今日（8月5日）酒店未做任何賠付，再問酒店經理，也沒做回覆。
目前打了當地政務服務熱線12345，12315消協熱線，公安局也再進一步核實，期待奇台當地政務的效率。也期待攜程平台能有相應處理。

在奇台這個價格算性價比可以的，停車場在地下-1停車也比較方便，周圍吃飯購物倒是方便。如家連鎖酒店算是品牌吧。

地下停車場指示不清、非常昏暗。到了地下後需要等一會才會抬桿子。 房間很多但只有一部電梯很慢。前台服務人員/餐廳服務人員態度都好。 房間整體衞生程度一般。希望能夠增加樓層保潔人員提升衞生程度會更好。

房間隔音不是很好，整體有一點小，但這個價位也差不多，趕上國慶出遊，開車去停車場，打電話讓登記車牌，打了三遍也沒有登記好，最後還是同行一起去的人去前台催着讓登記的，但周圍交通比較便利。
