Very poor team , late response while checking in and while asking service team to maintain any problem at the room , housekeeping don't change towels or sheets or provide bathroom tissues only of you asked them and they took long time to come. Plumbing had a problem at the room close to my room and water folded 🙃 At per the recipients always, when i asks for any servic, he told me the team at lunch break 🙄

The rooms are nasty, no amenities at all, no water boiler/tea/coffee, no drinking water even at check in, and guess what! NO ROOM SERVICE!! Think of changing towels, cleaning toilet or making beds, all of these don’t exist! The real disaster when you go to the restaurant. The hotel is half board and in the middle of nowhere, so you would expect good food. Totally disappointing!! Bad taste, small portions in the buffet, you have to wait 15 min to find clean plates or spoons, not to mention the terrible food hygiene measure where everyone pinches salt and pepper with their fingers and collects coffee from a plate or safety concerns where guests shake the water boiler so that it dispenses water! Nothing makes you book here! Even the beach is rocky and left without any maintenance, it is impossible to swim here.
