I live in room 808 and my friend lives in room 810 with her kids. Across the street is room 812. From 6am in the morning, the people in room 812 have been opening their door and talking loudly. I opened the door and told them once if they could keep their voices down so early in the morning as not to disturb other people's sleep. There was no response, and the voices were getting louder and louder. I had no choice but to call the front desk. The front desk asked me which room I lived in, and I said if you go up to the eighth floor, you can see a group of people chatting and smoking in the corridor! ! The front desk just told the waiter to go over and talk to him. After a while, I heard the waiter come out and say something, "Speak more quietly," but it didn't help at all! ! ! They kept making noise until after 8:00. I was really fed up. I couldn't sleep at all. It was like a bunch of people standing by your bed arguing with you. I was about to have a nervous breakdown. Then when I got up to have breakfast, as soon as I opened the door, the door of my room 808 was full of cigarette butts and ashes. In other words, when I asked them to keep their voices down, they didn't. Instead, they stood at the door of my room and continued to talk loudly and smoke. Their quality was so poor. I could smell smoke in the room. There was a cleaning staff cleaning outside, but they didn't sweep away the cigarette butts at the door. They were still at the door until we checked out after 10 o'clock. It was terrible! ! So this hotel has no service at all! ! Moreover, when going to have breakfast, the child took a piece of bread and the whole bottom was covered with moldy spots! ! ! ! After seeing this, I almost vomited the breakfast I just had.
