居民樓公寓改建的，樓層高可以俯瞰整個齊齊哈爾市的風景，設施的話就一般般，冰箱裏有些另外收費的飲料.入口比較難找，體驗感一般吧！主要為了看扎龍的丹頂鶴的來這裏歇歇腳！
