Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

I brought my children to play. The check-in staff gave the children small gifts. I booked a family room, which was clean and warm, with cartoon-themed decorations. There were small tents and slides inside. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and children's toiletries were prepared in the bathroom. There were rich breakfast varieties.
There was a naughty castle on the second floor, and the children didn't want to leave after playing in it for a whole day.
There was a gym on the 28th floor, with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a great view!
The hotel is convenient to go anywhere in the city center. I took the children to Longsha Park, the Zoo and Botanical Garden, and had barbecue. I stayed for two days and was very satisfied!
