酒店辦理服務很差，我訂購的情侶大床房，前台説給我升級，結果是雙床房，這是降級，更可氣的是房間裏面不能反鎖，反鎖是壞的，衹有個掛環，這可太不安全了，半夜有人闖進來怎麼辦？找前台換房，説沒有房間，都住滿了，説它家房間都這樣，鬼話連篇，最後我説，沒有房間就退房，才不情不願的換了。另，它家裝修太差，房間破破爛爛，不是這個壞，就是那個壞，體驗極差！網上付款費用後，還要另收100元按金，離了大普！總之不推薦！！！

房間不算小，裝修還不錯。周邊餐飲方便。周邊環境稍差。衞生間的推拉門是壞的，換氣扇也是壞的，電視櫃的枱麪是斷裂後用膠帶粘的。衞生間的一次性坐墊是費的。酒店不提供免費的飲用水。服務還行。

沒有任何服務可言，這裏的前台服務員，好像政府窗口的官員，那態度就別提了，到的時候是晚上想着白天的服務員應該能好點，結果那真是一個老師培訓出來的

衞生：非常差 有蟲子 應該屬於潮蟲那種
定的雙人間 到酒店告知沒有雙人間給升級的三人間
入住第一間房時有噪音 就像施工噪音 換房入住後過了兩個小時左右有蟲子爬到另一張床上面 地上的毯子有頭髮還有瓜子皮 想想也不貴這樣吧 大家避雷吧
