非常滿意，免費給升級了，家庭套房，解決了一家六口的入住問題，而且睡得非常舒服，酒店自己有自己的停車場非常好，離超市和小商品市場也很近。買了不少有特色的衣服。總之孩子住的高興，大人逛的高興。

酒店位於市中心主街上，對面就是大型商場，去扎龍生態旅遊景區的306路專線車總站，需步行十五分鐘，餐飲方便。前台備有茶和小零食供住客享用。
房間很大，燈光充足，安靜，廁所衞生搞得不錯，帶有清香，
枕頭過高不舒適，設施陳舊，地毯有點臟，開房門就聞到房間有異味，洗衣房衹有一部洗衣機和一部烘乾機，早餐屬中餐式。服務欠專業，遇見客人都不打招呼，禮貌這方面有待提高。

一進酒店大堂首先映入眼簾的是，前台姑娘的微笑和專業熱情的接待，客房整潔，床上用品乾淨無異味，這點讓客人入住很安心。酒店有自己的停車場，早餐非常豐富可選性強。一位總是面帶微笑待客的小張姑娘，給我和老伴留下了深刻的印象。有這樣服務意識強，素質高的員工們辛勤付出，企業一定會興旺發達。

房間真的很乾凈，而且設施也挺新的 房間還給準備的茶葉，很好喝呢～早餐也挺豐盛，由於太餓了吃的着急沒拍照片，下次記得補上。前台小姐姐服務也很好，都是笑臉相迎的。哈哈哈哈。等我下次再來住喲～^_^

陪孩子考試，入住了星程酒店，前台服務態度很好，幫忙看考場路線，安排安靜的房間，衞生乾淨，早餐也不錯，酒店還有免費停車場，出行都很方便。

服務很到位，因為是假期，訂房的人多，還免費幫我們升級了房型，超級滿意。地理位置也很好，附近就是商場，不想走太遠的，什麼都有。也有免費的停車場，總體來説很是不錯。早餐也還是很好的，雖然客流量大，也沒有斷吃的，很完美。
