Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room.
They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

Excellent position close to Wanda shopping mall. Very nice swimming pool and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities.

I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.

一進入酒店，清新典雅的香氛和大堂富有特色的裝飾讓人心曠神怡。在前台辦理入住很快速，為我介紹了早餐和泳池，房間設施齊全，非常寬敞舒適，安全性，私密性都很好，休息的比較充足。退房時，前台的S經理很熱情的詢問了我的感受，也貼心的為我解決了各項需求，有機會還會再來！

酒店設施齊全，房間裝修的很漂亮，房間大小正好，房間裏面有浴缸可以泡澡，很舒適，床超級舒服，睡了個好覺。前台H非常熱情，服務到位，每一個細節都讓人感受到了用心，很滿意的一次入住，很開心的一次旅行。交通也很方便，下次還會選擇！

五一出遊來的齊齊哈爾，酒店環境很好，免費停車，設施齊全，服務周到，到前台辦理入住工作人員S業務熟練，熱情高效，大堂有很多歡迎飲品，服務人員都在積極派送，很温馨，客房房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟舒適，睡的很好。早餐豐富多樣，口味很好。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊美食、購物等一應俱全。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是不錯的選擇。值得推薦！五星好評
