賓館設施稍微有些老，但是有很大一個院子，停車也方便，而且房間很乾凈，收拾衞生也勤，孩子在這個賓館參加象棋比賽，住了兩天，第二天上午還給收拾了衞生，去前台問能不能延遲退房，很痛快就答應了，所有工作人員態度都很好。地理位置也優越，緊鄰龍沙公園，龍沙早市夜市兒，吃東西也方便，強烈推薦入住。來齊齊哈爾兩次了，烤肉火鍋都贊，希望大東北越來越好~

被評分而隱藏的超值賓館，在寸土寸金的豪華地帶有自己的庭院！庭院！節假日價格仍然保持親民，不像別家暴漲2到3倍，有庭院，停車方便，離夜市和早市都很近，旁邊就是龍沙公園，交通便利，早餐豐盛，雖然設施略舊，但仍彰顯往日的輝煌

地理位置非常好，房間乾淨，因為是臨時去齊齊哈爾辦理入住，攜程上訂房只有標準間了，前台幫忙更換了大床房，酒店停車方便。

這家賓館年代感真的很強。小的時候在永安小學上學，都會路過這裏，當時對面是二號院。20+以上的年代賓館。
地理位置：優勢很強，出門就是龍沙早晚市，早上民生為本，都是買賣菜的和水果很豐富的農產品。晚上就是煙火氣息撲面而來的滋滋冒油。對面就是有很多的古蹟的龍沙公園。
早餐：，因為有龍沙早市，所以早餐沒有優勢。多數會去龍沙早市吃早餐，賓館早餐牛奶很純，温度降下來會有奶皮子。很喜歡。
服務：原計劃想續住，被前廳告知“咱家酒店滿了，不能續住”問了本地朋友，才知道賓館年代太久了，多數是接待團隊會議比較多。所以、可能散客都會被“攆出來”。服務話術很不專業“咱家”，是地方語言，但不是服務話術。聽着很不舒服，是不是散客不能入住，因為有團隊。失去一個客人無所謂。
衞生：還可以。阿姨，會誤把浴巾和地巾放掛在一起。
房間：床，有點硬。會摸到彈簧吧，空調噪音很大
電視機太小，還打不開。
下次回來，不知道會不會拒絕散客續住。

嫰濱賓館衞生很好，離早市近，就在龍沙公園3號門口。我們定的套房有辦公桌非常好！網絡也很好！早飯品種不多，如果想吃豐富的早飯可以去早市買。如果以後有機會來還住這裏！

房間非常好，還有離夜市很近，可以去逛逛。附近的烤肉店也很多，米家烤肉很好吃，這次去的時間短，丹頂鶴放飛一定要看，扎龍濕地自然保護區真的很美
