9.30號早上10點 30當時前台的服務人員工作能力太差，我們説要退房，她在麥裏讓保潔去房間看看產不產生什麼費用，我們在大廳等很長時間，最後我問她能不能退房呢，她問我一句説你交按金了嗎，沒交就可以走了，明明很快就能辦理完成，就在那不緊不慢不着急，工作能力和服務態度真是給我這個第一次來齊齊哈爾的人當頭一棒，這種工作如果你工作能力不行也不願意幹抓緊辭職，有的是人可以乾的好，太損害齊齊哈爾文旅形象了

設施還行，但價格300多在富區談不上便宜了，或者説新一線城市這個季節這個價位也能住到同檔次了。連着三天早上完全沒有熱水洗澡也就算了，但不能連涼水都沒沒法洗漱呀。還是希望儘可能的提供與價格匹配的服務吧。
