咋説呢，在三亞和上海都住過維也納。這次五一也是買的比較高的價格住了一晚，入住人多，但是半夜被同樓層人吵到，開着門好幾家親戚一起大呼小叫，半夜醒了我就睡不着了，外面馬路車呼呼響，不知道為啥過了12點馬路車也不消停，早餐還算豐富。但是這是這麼多年來睡的最不舒服的一晚。

設施：設施尚可，淋浴水挺大，但是淋浴房缺少掛毛巾和搓澡巾的地方，我自己臨時按了二個吸盤掛鈎，花灑也許重量太重，沒法任意固定角度，老是耷拉下來，淋浴房漏水，但不太嚴重，洗面盆附近也沒有掛毛巾的地方。設施方面需要表揚的是電水壺，雖然很舊，但內膽明顯有清洗的痕跡，水垢不是很多，説明服務用心了。
衞生方面：挺乾淨的。
環境：不錯，富麗堂皇的感覺，但是門口停車位偏少，而且好像不是酒店專用的。
服務：不錯，前台、餐廳服務員都禮貌、客氣。
早餐：品種一般，不是非常多的那種，荷包蛋不是當場現煎的，但是還另外有茶葉蛋和白煮蛋供選擇。
總體感覺不錯，但價格在東北地級市感覺略貴了一些。
