設施：設施尚可，淋浴水挺大，但是淋浴房缺少掛毛巾和搓澡巾的地方，我自己臨時按了二個吸盤掛鈎，花灑也許重量太重，沒法任意固定角度，老是耷拉下來，淋浴房漏水，但不太嚴重，洗面盆附近也沒有掛毛巾的地方。設施方面需要表揚的是電水壺，雖然很舊，但內膽明顯有清洗的痕跡，水垢不是很多，説明服務用心了。
衞生方面：挺乾淨的。
環境：不錯，富麗堂皇的感覺，但是門口停車位偏少，而且好像不是酒店專用的。
服務：不錯，前台、餐廳服務員都禮貌、客氣。
早餐：品種一般，不是非常多的那種，荷包蛋不是當場現煎的，但是還另外有茶葉蛋和白煮蛋供選擇。
總體感覺不錯，但價格在東北地級市感覺略貴了一些。

衞生極差！500的雙床房也就算了，帶着二個孩子住，地上走着走着，走出了使用過的避孕套！！！酒店住了這麼多真的第一次遇見！太噁心了！這個酒店得好好整頓一下，還是維也納全國連鎖的呢，得郵件再寫到他們總部去一下！
